For an intimate home function that was organized by our groom for his home staff, we conceptualized the traditional decor of orange marigolds. Pops of red, pink, and purple flowers added a fresh, vibrant flavor, along with birds hand-made from banana leaves for a charming touch. Rajnigandha flowers filled the occasion with their enchanting aroma, making for a truly beautiful celebration.

As wedding planners, organizing a wedding is so much more than just selecting venues and designing the decor. Each wedding gives us insight into the hearts and minds of our clients, taking us on a unique journey every time, and over the years, some just hold a special place in our hearts.

One such wedding was when our groom sought to express gratitude to his house staff, the people who had helped raise him and care for him over the years. Since the wedding was to be hosted in the US, he reached out to us to craft another function at his residence. Adorned with the vibrant decor of marigolds, the intimate occasion was a celebration of timeless love and loyalty, where the groom and his family honored their staff by humbly serving them food themselves.

It was an experience that exemplified the beauty of human bonds, and will stay with us forever!

Witness the creation of a modern-day Vrindavan in the heart of Mumbai!

In the words of our dear bride, “Finale Events was a dream to work with! They perfectly translated my mom and my vision of a modern-day Vrindavan into a beautiful reality! My dreamy open mandap allowed us to feel one with our guests, and welcome the presence of Lord Krishna into our special moments. Ashwin uncle and Krishna aunty met us on Janmashtami for the first meeting and have now become family to us! No matter what we asked for, both of them executed it all to perfection! All in all, I highly recommend their quality and delivery of work, and most importantly them as people! We were blessed to have worked with such wonderful souls!"

Tradition meets contemporary elegance at the ‘Baraat and Safabandi’ function of our groom Sahil. A luxe take on tropical extravagance, we curated the main seating area with plush arrangements of local foliage like banana leaves, giant taro leaves, and tall grass, interspersed with baby’s breath and chrysanthemums. The star of the show however was Rajnigandha, the abundance of which filled the space with its enchanting aroma!
