Guided by the vision of Mrs. Nita Ambani, and collaborating with industry legends like Manish Malhotra, Vaibhavi Merchant, and Amrita Mahal, we brought forth an enchanting menu befitting the occasion. In ‘Valley of the Gods’, we honored India’s spiritual heritage with a menu inspired by revered temples, featuring Aloo Wadiyan, Thandai, and Chaats, alongside Mata Rani’s Kale Channe and White Sheera. Adorned in traditional attire, our servers recreated the sacred ambiance, while our decor mirrored the mystical allure of temple precincts. ‘An Evening in Everland’ dazzled as a whimsical fairy tale, boasting an extravagant menu of global cuisines and decadent desserts. A train laden with treats traversed an opulent table, adorned with blooms, macaron towers, and elegant settings, crafting an enchanting ambiance for an unforgettable celebration. 💍🌟 Grateful for the opportunity to work on multiple events during this 3-day extravaganza, we showcased India’s rich and diverse cuisine.
