belongs to the royal family of Awadh. He is a Unani Physician, and now a renowned Chef. Chef Dr. Izzat Husain is known for his unique cooking techniques like using No colour, adding No preservatives, No curd or No yogurt in cooking with less oil and requisite spices in the cooking process.
He wrote a book "IZZAT KA KHANA" which is very much available on Google, Amazon, Flipcart etc.
He did many TV Cooking Shows with Travel XP, Channel Win etc.
Chef Izzat Husain is a freelancer consulting Chef & famous for Royal Lucknowi, North Indian Mughlai food.

This might come as a surprise, but Chef Izzat does not use water in the cooking process. His food is digestive with immunity booster and extremely healthy, and can easily act as an alternate to home-cooked food for Indian families.
