Club Rules:
1. Only individuals aged 40 and above and single are eligible for membership except in special cases at the sole discretion of the managing committee.
2. Prospective members are required to provide a referral from either an existing member or a reputable professional who can attest to their marital status & character.
3. Complete the membership form accurately; membership to the club will be at the sole discretion of the managing committee. If the information provided is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, the management reserves the right to terminate the membership and expel the member from the group.
4. Before final approval of membership the applicant must attend a meet up; cover charges apply for all meet ups & events. On approval the applicant will be sent the final agreement and must pay a fee towards membership.
5. Consent to the club’s privacy policy regarding personal data handling is mandatory. The management reserves the right to maintain confidentiality and privacy regarding member details and expects all members to do the same. Proceed with caution; do not share your personal data unless your feel safe with the person.
6. Members are expected to be at their best behavior at all times. Members regardless of gender, who experience harassment in any form from another member within the club are encouraged to report it; membership will be terminated after an internal enquiry into the incident.
7. The Club reserves the right to update the rules & regulations as it deems fit.
