From the very beginning, I was enveloped in a blanket of warmth and hospitality, feeling incredibly welcomed and at ease.

This feeling set the tone for Naina and Adit's extraordinary wedding at Taj Cidade, Goa. The love and excitement were palpable from the outset, creating an atmosphere where everyone eagerly anticipated celebrating this beautiful union.

What made this wedding stand out? Well, imagine my intrigue when I learned that both moms would be hosting the ceremony instead of the traditional paditji. This unconventional twist spoke volumes about the intimacy and uniqueness of their love story.

Throughout the celebration, emotions ran deep, and it was heartening to witness the older generation joyously dancing and having the time of their lives. Amidst all this, I, as the photographer, never felt like I was simply 'working.' Rather, I was part of something profoundly special—a sentiment that made this wedding truly remarkable.

It is once in a long while when we hear from couples with whom we end up discussing more of nuances and passions and everything around and juuust a little bit here and there about the part they'd actually connect with us for - their wedding.
This is from one such cherished time, I remember connecting with Arpit more about hikes and exploration he's been up to and I got into narrating stories from the road while I'd be bikepacking.

I instantly knew their's was going to be a great wedding to witness only because the people getting married were like my soul people.

When we finally met in person, it was obvious they hit home and I felt I had known Arpit and Aarushi since ages. The happily ever after of these stunning two people was packed with emotions, energetic moments and loads of excited faces.

From the time everyone was seeing off Marlene as a newly married bride as the reception came to an end.
What's usually an emotional ceremony with sadness in hearts of loved ones turned out to be moments of fun and laughter.
Amidst it all was Burton's father shedding happy tears catching a breath.

In the golden hours around sunset Rebecca and Jovan exchanged garlands with the blessings of everyone present.

We were fortunate to find some time around the last rays of the setting sun, we basked by the shore taking photographs while they had some quiet minutes.

Our most adored memory was witnessing the loving bond of Rebecca and her mum and dad. There were moments of aunty helping her tie her sari. The sari that was once worn by her on her wedding day years back, fixing her jewelry. The moment when uncle assembled Rebecca's set of bangles in a pattern. All the day was wholesome, there was a mundaneness to it but, the flow of love and care has a mundaneness to it, the kind that makes hearts full to the brim.

Here's to reaffirming the significance of family and the beautiful memories that bind them together. 🥂

Last month we were at Marlene & Burton's sweet love union that was an overflow of joy and warmth. We could feel the kindness and love their families exuded, everyone was enjoying to their fullest in the fun-filled vibe.

We met Marlene at her brother Cornell's intimate wedding that we shot back in 2021.
Honestly, we were sure to have a great time meeting the family again and getting to shoot some Mangalore fun.

As a photographer we feel immensely blessed when families of couples we've shot previously get back to us because they know they're sure to have a happy experience yet again working with a trusted team. This is major vibe check for us and a great reminder that we're meeting our one heartfelt motto - to be real, capture real people and real moments.

Sabrina's mother was overjoyed to see her daughter getting ready to walk down the aisle. The room was bustling with activity.
Her mother couldn't contain her excitement and snapped photos at every stage.
When the time came that Sabrina was dressed in her beautiful red lehenga, her hair and makeup perfectly styled. I could see how aunty's eyes sparkled with pride and love as she looked at her loving daughter.
She stood behind Sabrina with her phone held up in front of her one last time and snapped a photo of her soon-to-be-wed daughter right as she turned around.
Sabrina smiled softly, as if with a mix of nervousness and excitement fluttering.
In that brief second I quietly captured this moment of the mother-daughter spark hoping this photograph would remind them of their sweet bond for years to come, a reminder of the beauty and love of this special day.

This photograph is from a reception night of a dear couple we shot. A quite father-daughter moment amidst all the dancing, singing and frolic. I love how it reflects their sense of love and gratitude for eachother.

After a while they swayed to the music. Here's what I imagined the father would have in his heart, "You make me so proud, my little girl. I love you more than words can express." The daughter would feel "I love you too, Daddy. Thank you for always being there for me."

We had so much fun shooting our adventure couple- Sabrina and Urjeet's wedding in South Goa.

While chatting up with them, they shared about how the both of them preferred experiences over material things in life- something that we loved the most about their bond. After all it's memories that stay close to our hearts rather than objects of possession.

They wanted to get married enjoying traditional rituals of an Indian wedding here are some sweet moments from their beautiful sunset wedding.

True fact : As they met each other's family, Sabrina's being quite the adventurous one nudged Urjeet to skydive to get into the troup.
