Subhash Chavan focused on the hospitality segment by starting two restaurants – one at Yerwada, Pune and the other on the Mumbai Goa highway near Mahad since 2005. The year 2008 came as a great breakthrough for Bliss Events & Hospitality as they bagged the Indian army contract for managing their Sylhet restaurant and banqueting facilities.
