“They say it is usually a mother’s escapades in the kitchen that draw you towards cooking, however in my case it was my father’s love for food in all its forms that drew me towards
the mammoth world of food. He and I would bond over all kinds of delicacies and would always be open to experimenting with different cuisines.

During all our family trips since childhood, exploring food was always on top of the list for both of us. Having tried out various cuisines from across the world, my passion for creating new dishes and experimenting with new ingredients led me to choose a career that would require me to do what I love doing. I decided to become a chef when I in 10th standard and ever since then I have worked in the direction to be good at what I do. 

I started my cloud kitchen called Kippis in 2021 serving Northern European cuisines across Delhi-NCR. Recently, I won the Euro Flour Contest held Pan India, by IFCA and the European Union.”
