Hon’ble MP of Tezpur LS Constituency, Shri Pallab Lochan Das today (i.e on 5th Jan, 2024) visited our Ward 7 at Lower Mahabhairab (Club Embers) and donated Rs. 5 Lakhs from MPLAD Fund 2022-23 towards construction of C/Hall near Lower Mahabhairab Durga Mandir.

Tezpur Municipal Board Vice Chairperson, Smt Sangeeta Ghosh, Commissioner of Ward 7, Sri Ramen Tamuli, President Pradip Bhuyan, Secretary Supal Saha, Booth President Ajit Ghosh, senior and junior Club members were present during the brief ceremony.

Club President Bhuyan further requested Hon’ble MP for immediate intervention of the Master Hola Drain and briefed him about the flooding situation that occurs every year in the month of June-July. Hon’ble MP has assured that he will take up this matter and promised us that necessary development & cleaning drive will be taken into account.

We thank the Hon’ble MP for his generous contribution and hopeful that similar support will be extended in near future days for overall development of Club Embers, Tezpur

Hon'ble MP of Tezpur LS Constituency, Shri Pallab Lochan Das today inaugurated our newly constructed Lower Mahabhairab Road (Ward No. 7) in presence of Chairman of Tezpur Municipal Board Shri Pragyanu Bhattacharya, Vice Chairperson Smt Sangita Ghosh Bose, Commisioner of Ward No. 7 Shri Ramen Tamuli, other Ward Members of TMB, residents and senior members of our Club.

The positive development ahead of Sarodiya Durga Puja 2023 marks as a new beginning for the residents of Club.

Hon’ble MP has also further directed Tezpur Municipal Board officials to take up the Hola cleanliness drive in their next scheme. Hon’ble MP has also assured financial assistance for renovation of our Durga Mandir.
