Independence weekend is here & here's what we have in mind for all our Palateers:

1. 13th August, Saturday: We are Introducing an exciting new flavor for our sausages that we hope will tickle your palate: The Chicken/ Pork Tandoori Cocktail Sausage. Pairs well with friends, occasions and everything in between.

2. 14th August, Sunday: A simple dish remade in the Captain’s Palate. Penne Pasta with diced Chicken/ Pork Sausages and added Bacon Bits in Creamy white sauce or Tangy Red Sauce.

3.15th August, Monday- The Independence Day: A traditional classic: The Beef Korma & the Chicken Sausage Korma

Once the meat was dressed, it was about tine that we introduced it to its taste maker buddies: the marination spices. Frankly, It looked pretty good before it went into the fridge for 24 hours. Luckily, we were able to catch the chef at work.
