Who killed the golden bird (Sone Ki Chidiya) ?
A few days back, I had published a story about “Why they called India a golden bird (Sone Ki Chidiya)” below story is the follow-up of the same, you can read it on this link if you are interested.

My struggle with that bird family went on for more than a month, that’s when I had decided that I will not disturb it till it is really necessary, but one day something unfortunate happened, I woke up in the morning and realised that birds are not there in the nest, no morning sounds (dawn chorus) which are always there. But I did not notice it much and went ahead with my morning’s schedule. It hit me again when I was having my coffee as that is the time I ready missed that sound, this time I took it seriously and checked the place and I saw a broken egg on the floor.
Now it was completely clear to me why those birds were fighting with me every day to save their nest, which they could have made it at any other place. From that day onwards no more morning sound came, no birds came back and after a few days I check the nest for the egg if any left but nothing was there, hence I removed it.
This gave me another prospective of life, those birds who was almost impossible to move even a few inches, left everything behind when their heart was broken and they give-up on the emotional ground not on the strength level. Few birds who changed my mind could not handle their own emotions.
And I think this is what keeping every one of us as an individual and as a nation behind, when our enemy believed that India cannot be won by the strength that’s when they started playing emotional games in which we are still trapped. Instead of fighting for our basic needs, we are fighting for the reasons which are nothing but an emotion. There are only 6 basic emotions we have if we as Indian can have unity on these emotions, no one will be able to control us.
Such As:-
• Happiness, - I will not seek happiness in someone else cost
• Sadness – I will not feel sadness if something is done for a greater cause
• Disgust - I will not feel disgust about something which is not true or has not value
• Fear – I will not be afraid of something just because someone else is afraid of it.
• Surprise – I will not be surprised by something which was expected anyway
• Anger – I can be angry about something, but will not be angry with someone
If we have the intention and strength like a bird, I assure that India can become the greatest nation again and this time no one can play with our emotions. Those birds had seen a dream which they want to live, but destiny has planned something else, but I guess this is why we human are different from other species as we can learn and evolved.

Why they called India a golden bird (Sone Ki Chidiya)

This is the question always came to my mind why people of the world used to call India “Sone ki chidiya” and why not golden lion or golden land or anything else ..

The answer to this question came to me with real life example.
Due to covid pandemic I was out of Mumbai to my home town for few months, when I came back, I realized that a family of birds have been enjoying the empty home and they have made it their home. They have made a nice nest in my bathroom, but I also realized that they have to move out as I need to use the bathroom at some time, hence post checking for any egg carefully I moved that nest to some other place, however birds did not like this idea and a war started between man Vs nature.

From past 15 days I have been removing them from my bathroom, but when I go back after a few hours I see that the nest has been built again. Every time I moved the nest it broke my heart but still I has no option but to do remove it.

What I realized that they immediately start building the nest when I removed it, without delaying any minute.

I am shocked to see this and then it hit, bird are most powerful animal to fight with because they are attacking on my heart

It also gave the answer to my question why India used to call “Sone ki chidiya” (golden bird), every time some over ambitious king came to conquer us and try to destroy, we always came back to our feet and build our homes without wasting any minute. We also did not attack them like a lion, or a monkey or any other creature, we stood together and build it from scratch.

Long story short, my heart is changed and I have decided to make their nest waterproof so that we can coexist, not sure how long it will last but I don’t have the heart to remove it again.

Now that covid is almost over, this is our time to rebuild our life from scratch and improve it, so that we don’t make the same mistake we did earlier. Try to help someone to restart their life again.
