"Jamva aavo ji", come to eat 🙂. Just exactly what this plate of homemade Kheema Pav says ! 😜. A breakfast staple of Mumbai's iconic Irani restaurants and almost every Parsi household, this is, an easy to make, knockout dish that is "fast to cook, good to eat" 😁. Although, not as perfect as my late mom's, I'm proud to say, that taste wise, came pretty close !

31st August 2021. Lost our "Mai". The matriarch of our family whose smile and serene nature guided us through our ups and downs is no more. Rest in Peace, Mai. Your absence will be forever felt.
