The final and tenth speaker of is the young gentleman, Master. R Akshay.
Akshay is a grade 11 student at Chandrakanthi Public School, Coimbatore. Besides having a good academic track record, he has learned Karate and holds the Dan 1 Probationary Certificate black belt. He has participated and won prizes in intra and inter-school debates, declamation, and extempore competitions. He has been an active participant and has also presented position papers at the Harvard Model United Nations, India (HMUN India) organized in Hyderabad during the years 2019 and 2022.
Akshay has also been elected a member of the Student Council of Chandrakanthi Public School for the two years from 2021-22 and 2022-23

We take great pleasure in introducing the ninth speaker of , Mr. Sumanto Chattopadhyay. Besides being an adman, Sumanto also has a social media avatar, The English Nut, who is ‘nuts about English because English is "nuts".
Sumanto loves to explore creativity in all its different forms. Over the years he has won many advertising awards at Cannes, the One Show, Clio, Spikes and the Effies. He’s a columnist and commentator on communication and branding; a wannabe photographer; and an actor too.

We are super proud to introduce the eighth speaker of , Ms Niveditha Radhakrishnan.
Niveditha is an assistant professor in English at PSGR Krishnammal College. She is also a national and international classical dance performer and was awarded ‘KalaiValarMani’ by the government of Tamil Nadu. Niveditha has received the prestigious titles ‘Natiaperoli’ and ‘Natiamangai’. She was awarded the best outgoing student in school and the best all-rounder at PSG College of Arts and Science. She enjoys reading and debating and has won several awards in elocutions.

Our seventh speaker of is Ms. Megha Harish.
Ms. Megha is a writer of poetry and prose from Bangalore, India. She works in the not-for-profit sector and enjoys walking, cooking, diving, and word games. After a BA in Liberal Arts (with a major in politics and a minor in colonial history), she did an MPhil in South Asian Studies at the University of Cambridge. Megha's creative and academic work has been published on a range of platforms in India and the UK, including Notes (Cambridge), Q***rabad’s Tilt, the mush newsletter, Gaysi, and The Life of Science.
She is currently a member of the UK x India Poetry Exchange facilitated by the Q***r Muslim Project and VERVE Poetry Festival. Megha performed along with the group at the BBC Contains Strong Language Festival in Birmingham (September 2022) and at TATA Lit Live in Mumbai (November 2022). She has been on the Barbican Young Poets programme (2015-2017) and performed poetry in spaces including the Tate Modern Gallery, Southbank Centre, Birmingham Hippodrome, and Cambridge Fitzwilliam Museum.

A practicing Bharatanatyam artiste for the last 22 years, Ms. Sethuram is adept at various art forms such as Indian paintings, music, and theatre. Apart from putting up group productions and Individual performances, she is also a voracious reader & practitioner of the Indic knowledge systems.
Her company, Indian Shades channelizes this knowledge into readily-consumable intelligence for marketing, sales, communication, and leadership teams through unique immersive experiences. Mr. Contractor with an experience of over 3 decades in the revival and rejuvenation of ecological systems, has worked extensively in the Thar desert, North, and Central and Southern India. He has worked on the revival and restoration of over 9,500 water structures in the country and 3 river ecosystems in Rajasthan.
His diverse portfolio covers reviving and conserving forests, strengthening communities with sustainable agricultural practices and contributing to successful national and international architectural projects, with a bend toward long term sustainable design and action. His work has benefitted over a million people and more than a thousand leaders have been nurtured in the process. He has been invited by the international community to work in various nations abroad, Morocco and France being those. We are very proud to introduce the fourth speaker of , Ms Parvathy R Pillai. Parvathy is a student of PSGR Krishnammal College, Coimbatore, pursuing her undergraduate degree in Economics. Parvathy completed most of her schooling at Global Indian International School (GIIS), Abu Dhabi. She completed her higher education in Kerala. She has been the school captain and has been a school topper. She has published several articles in English in a Kerala daily, for which she received an appreciation letter from the late Justice V Sukumaran.

We are elated to introduce the third speaker of , Mr Shrihari Udupa. Mr Udupa is an accomplished HR professional who has worked in manufacturing, project, IT and professional services industries. He carries strong conceptual knowledge & has done substantial original work in the areas of employee engagement, talent management, succession planning, leadership development, culture building, and mergers and acquisition,.
Mr Udupa is currently an Independent Director on the Board of Triton Valves Limited, a listed company in Bengaluru. He is a member of the academic council of various institutions and a Trustee at Trust for Development Services, an NGO aimed at enabling governance and growth at CSR & philanthropic institutions. He is an advisor with Mobility India, a non-profit supporting the physically challenged community. He is also a Certified Coach.

Introducing our next speaker of the day, Ms Sangeetha Shridhar. A Gandhian, a Guinness Record holder who works for a Cleaner and Safer World, she is a proud alumna of PSGR Krishnammal College for Women. She has undertaken the world's longest journey for sanitation and women's safety. She was part of the team that drove an electric car to the Everest Base Camp. After working as E-Government Advisor for a foreign country for 2 decades, she now undertakes documentary travels across the world, creating awareness on true living.

We are delighted to announce our first speaker Ms. Indu Venu Santosh!
She is a Bharatanatyam artiste and founder of Vibhavana Foundation based in Bangalore. Indu is a graded artiste of Doordarsan, the national television and, an empanelled artist of S**c Macay for workshop demonstrations. She holds a Master’s degree in Bharatanatyam and is an alumna of GRG School of Management Studies, having completed her MBA.
Indu seeks to explore the immense creative possibility of Bharatanatyam and create authentic works through research and inquiry. Vibhavana Foundation, the brainchild of Indu, aims to preserve, promote and propagate the rich cultural heritage and classical art forms of our nation.

Ms Shobhana Kumar spoke about the role of sisterhood in empowering women. She emphasized the need to support and help each other to uplift fellow women. Shobhana Kumar has two collections of poetry and six works of non-fiction. Her poem, ‘JustMarried’ was selected and translated by Gulzar in his monumental work, A Poem a Day, published by HarperCollins. Her short stories have been published or are forthcoming in a few anthologies. Her first book of haibun, ‘A Sky Full of Bucket Lists’ was published by Red River in 2021 to critical acclaim. Kumar is Associate Editor of Yavanika Press, and co-curator at The Quarantine Train, a writing collective founded by Arjun Rajendran. She works in the spaces of corporate communication, branding and advertising and education. Along with a group of friends, she runs Small Differences, an NGO working with vulnerable and marginalised communities, particularly the elderly abandoned, women, children and the transgender community.

Ms Deepthi Ravula spoke on 'Empowering 'You' as part of the theme 'Women Empowerment'. She spoke on why it is important for women to focus more on opportunities rather than thinking about challenges and why empowerment starts with the self. Deepthi Ravula is the CEO of WE Hub (Women Entrepreneurs Hub), A Government of Telangana initiative for promoting and fostering women entrepreneurship in Telangana and across India. An Electronics Engineer by profession and passion, she has 15 years of experience working in USA with Palm, Nokia, Qualcomm, and Teradyne among others in RF Communication roles. She joined the Government of Telangana as a Joint Director for Electronics in 2016 and has been appointed as CEO of WE Hub since inception in 2017. She is a strong proponent of Girls in STE(A)M, empowerment through economic enablement, women in leadership roles and women in decision making spaces. She is working towards creating a work environment that is gender diverse and on constructing economic independence mechanisms as a tool for women enablement.

Ms Rajashree Natarajan spoke on the need to overcome self-limiting beliefs to attain empowerment. Women need to believe in themselves and dare to dream Rajashree is an IT industry veteran and a social impact leader, presently serving as a Chief Executive Officer at Cognizant Foundation, where she plays a key role in evolving an overarching charter for the Foundation, defining CSR strategy & goals, managing operations, communication and relationship with a broad set of diverse stakeholders. In her 30 years of global experience, she has played diverse leadership roles driving strategic and transformational initiatives. She mentors several startups and is passionate about spending time with non-profit organizations and social enterprises, actively contributing to the field of education. She is the managing trustee of a charitable trust and co-founder for a bilingual reading and learning program that caters to the underprivileged children. Dr Kezevino Aram spoke on how can health be every girl's aid to empowerment and about the role of agency and health care as positive disruptors in empowering women. Dr. Kezevino Aram serves as the President of Shanti Ashram, an institution founded in 1986 on Mahatma Gandhi’s vision of Sarvodaya (progress for all). Shanti Ashram is an international center for learning, development and collaboration. It accompanies communities in their efforts to move out of poverty, address inequalities, build creative leaders and ensure sustained development. Today, Shanti Ashram serves over 250,000 people in urban, semi-urban and rural areas, including 70,000 vulnerable children across 100 villages in Tamil Nadu. A medical doctor and public health practitioner, Dr. Aram is deeply committed to the Gandhian spirit and convenes many initiatives that focus on public health & general healthcare, children’s development, community cohesion and active peace building. Dr. Aram received her Master of Public Health degree from the School of Public Health, Harvard University, with a double major in child health and international health.

Ms Kalki Subramaniam spoke on the rights of transgenders who identify themselves as women. She spoke on how society discriminates them and described their plight. She wanted the society to accept them and respect their rights Kalki is an Indian transgender activist, artist, poet, actor and inspirational speaker. She is the founder of Sahodari Foundation, an organization which works for the social, political and economic empowerment of Transgender people in India. She has spoken over to a million students across India and is known for her relentless and fierce activism for establishing social justice and equality for transgender people in India and around the world. She received numerous awards for social work, film performances and her literary contributions. In 2015, Facebook chose Kalki as one of the 12 inspiring women of the world who use Facebook as a community development platform for empowerment. In 2017, Kalki spoke at the India Conference at Harvard University. In June 2021, Kalki released her first English book ‘We Are Not The Others’ a collection of her poems, essays, art and monologue.
