Ghevar captures the essence of Teej, Rakshabhandhan and the celebrations throughout the savan month.

My dad makes the bestest Ghevar, crispy yet juicy and out of the world. I keep trying on and off at home to reach to his level of perfection, but oh boy that seems far away!

This one certainly is not on menu but could still manage to be here 😄😄

On International Chefs Day, I had the incredible opportunity to visit the Indian School of Hospitality, Ecole Ducasse. What an unforgettable day it was!

Witnessing the young, aspiring chefs pursuing their chosen degrees with such passion and dedication was truly a delight. They prepared and served us food crafted with love and their exceptional culinary skills.

The faculty at this institution is undoubtedly top-notch, equipped with the best resources and expertise. It's like a dream university with the most outstanding educators. The entire experience was nothing short of remarkable.

Moreover, they hosted an open workshop that added to the overall excitement of the day. Overall, a great experience in the wonderful company of few amazing friends/ home Chefs.

My first attempt at Chocolate & Cherry Frangipane Tart!

The Frangipane name always kind of drew attention and hence I had to learn it. Learning is always fun but whatsoever it did not give me reason enough behind the name whilst at it. 😀😀

The moment I saw Chef .zareen 's class coming up with , I immediately signed for it.

I must say that Chef Zareen is so so amazing and it was so good learning from her. Her detailed explanation is fabulous and her hands made everything look like easy peasy but I am seriously bad when it comes to the icing part.

Guys, do follow her page and get notified for her upcoming classes.

I had to learn this (apart from being intrigued to the name) because I love to learn new recipes and techniques. Also to overcome my fear and failure related to icing which certainly would not be so bad (hopefully) with practice.

We had an awesome "ek shaam Banaras ki galiyon ke naam" event hosted at our home.
The idea behind was to give an experience of Banarasi street food with a touch of its culture and its street at the comfort of our home.

We truly was a pleasure having them and bonding over our common love for food.
