A few years ago, while I was living in Bangkok, I fell in love with Thai hawker cuisine. It was amazing how the hawkers used fresh chilli pastes and ingredients that were simple yet so powerful in all the flavours they produced. Every night on my way back home from work, I would look at them work and cook these umami packed food. As a chef, we all wait to get that calling towards a certain style/cuisine and in that moment, I knew that I had found the flavours I want to work with. I love this industry simply because of the opportunity to really serve people. The food i send out could be the highlight of someone's awful day, or the special occasion someone has been looking forward to. Moreover, I am grateful to have been blessed with this opportunity to channel my creative energy into producing flavour packed food using only the finest techniques and freshest ingredients.

After over a year of existence, the brand still remains true to the values it started with which is to put their patrons first, to put their heart and soul into the business, to only sell products made in India and to spread happiness. Despite all the obstacles they had to overcome, the brand has plans to grow and continue to innovate in the home decor niche while keeping their ethos intact. Their scented candles are the newest launch which they worked on perfecting for many months. Through their small business, not only have they changed their own lives, but also uplifted countless artisans, manufacturers and other small businesses that were truly struggling to make a living due to the impact of the pandemic.
