Well your 1st meal of the day "Breakfast" be like this....Hey just kidding ..but then Yes always ensure you have a good heathy ,and a nourishing B/F regularly, it will keep many aliments at bay.

Our client insisted this spread for Breakfast n Pooja for their house warming @ 7.am (though the head count was less , lucky us ) we did not fret.

When cooking is your passion n profession ( being a Food Service provider ,u better' heed to any requests.

Well then "All's well that ends well) .Client happy ,we Super Happy.

Well.... when u get a order for a Punjabi prep but purely Jain (No onion,No Garlic & No Potatoes)..it's not easy yaar.

it's a task ,bicos u need to ensure that the taste does not get compromised & moreover it should taste better.

Happy when the client shares a few words, but elated when they (family ) loved n enjoyed their meal and shower praises on each an every item ordered.

Medu Vadai:Which one are u ? A/B/C or D ? Do comment .

A) All Seprate. (No clutter )😬

B) Making pcs of Vadai soaking them in Sambhar/Chutney for some time n relishing.(Let it Marinate.. Baby 👍)

C) Pouring Sambhar or Chutney or both on Vadai n start off.😜

D) Not wasting time and just start on eating Vada with an ocassional spoonful of Sambhar n Chutney .(Who the hell will wait. Start On.
