Our Story

Founders: Liz & Nidhi. Two friends with a shared passion for designing and creating beautiful ethnic wears and for the love of hand embroidery.

Location: We are online boutique based at Kottayam, Kerala with no physical shop but just a handwork unit. Products: We mainly deal with hand-worked sarees, kurtis, salwars, gowns, baptism wear, semi-bridals, kids wear, mom daughter combos etc. We are more into customization and we also provide personalized stitching.

Order Method: Inbox us on whatsapp or facebook or Instagram with the picture of the item you would like to buy and get all details that you want to know. Order will be confirmed and couriered only after payment confirmation.

Delivery: Ready stock items will be couriered max within 2 days of payment confirmation. All customized products will need min 10-12 days for work completion and then courier. Shipping is free within India. We also ship worldwide but with additional shipping charge. Parcels will be delivered within 4-6 days and we use dtdc for all couriers and tracking will be provided as soon as the products are dispatched. Available stock:

Whatsapp – Always happy to send you what's in stock upon request.

Refunds/Exchanges: Once order is placed, no cancellation is entertained. Products once sold will not be exchanged for shade/colour difference as we all know colour may not come exactly on photos due to screen resolutions or camera settings. Products are couriered only after thorough checking. In case of any damage, inform us with the picture of any damage found within 12 hours.We follow a very strict NO REFUND policy. Please place order only if you are 100% sure about it. Cloth care: We highly recommend to dry clean the products as they are all hand worked.
