Films have been my eternal romance. Whilst studying at Sophia my friends and I would often run away to FTII to see a Kurusawa or Guru Dutt movie. I remember spending hours in bewilderment after seeing Kaagaz ke Phool. It were these epics that made me fall in love with . Or maybe it was the fact that my mother had the same slender, sharp face. But the one movie where she outdid herself in was Guide. Uff! The plot, the characters, the betrayal and the emotional outbursts…… nothing can match that

I am sitting here today with great difficulty before you Guruji just like I always did in your abode in Villa E, Empire Estate. But, today I feel betrayed that a short sighted RWA is denying me this right to be in your presence at Sudha Aunty’s house. Where is the justice? And how can anyone stop your satsang to visit a place he lived in his bodily form? Unjust, unfair. I invite my soul brothers and sisters to join me in this thread that binds us together.
