We’re excited to announce the success of our recent project , a powerful collaboration with Pfizer in the captivating Pink City, Jaipur! Taking the celebration to various locations across this beautiful city, we had the privilege of hosting over 1600 attendees at the JECC, Jaipur’s largest convention center, thus making it Pfizer’s biggest event. The result? An exceptional experience for all involved.

Our dedicated team at BOI EXP took charge of every aspect, ensuring a seamless and memorable event from start to finish. From detailed planning to flawless ex*****on, we left no stone unturned to make it a resounding success.

From the Hong Kong Convention Centre to the Putrajaya Convention Center in Malaysia, we've navigated continents and industries. In Dubai, we made our mark at Madinat Jumeirah, while the Crown Convention Centre in Melbourne showcased our prowess in handling diverse events. In Bangkok, we orchestrated remarkable gatherings at the esteemed Bangkok Convention Center.

Our latest feat was managing the FIRST EVER corporate extravaganza at the prestigious Etihad Arena on Yas Island. This achievement solidifies our commitment to pushing boundaries.

TATA Consumer plans its strategically significant annual sales meet held by their key stakeholders including management, marketing and product development teams, along with their sales team.

BOI was mandated for the exclusive networking and collaboration needed to improve their performance, drive revenue growth for the company and learn from industry experts.

BOI, as norm, ensured that not only does the meet align with company's agenda of bringing together company's sales department or leadership team involving them in presentations, workshops, team-building activities, and an awards ceremony; but also gave a unforgettable and lasting impact of ensuring this highly complex meet over three days is highly regarded and well impacted for all the attendees.

Being a world leader in finely crafted fragrances, flavours, and aroma ingredients that celebrate countless memories and emotions and which also has its presence in nations like the Netherlands, Italy, etc. since its founding in 1922. To commemorate KEVA reaching 100 years of sensory bliss, BOI devised an experiential campaign that caters to high-profile stakeholders, the kick off event took the celebration up a notch in terms of engagement. The 150 live and 3000 virtual awards presentation was backed by 8 days of chroma shoot in different countries and 7 show broadcasts across 5 days - all of which took this reward & recognition event to a whole new level. Time to open the bubbly! After all, it’s not every day we win a global tender and get the opportunity to plan and execute an event of this scale and size. We are certainly chuffed to have won this pitch which was loaded with human connection and energy powered by digital technology!
