Human Resource plays critical role in Event Company. Being HR & Admin, executive / asst. manager have to oversee all matters pertaining to human resources & office administration including regular HR & Admin function and Statutory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities
• To manage end to end HR & Admin functions for Event Company.
• Drive key HR processes like Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development etc.
• Oversee time office, attendance, absenteeism, leave management.
• Process Pay Roll, PF, ESI and statutory deductions & payments and ensure compliance under PF, ESI, Labour, PT and other statutory matters.
• Manage Employee Relations, discipline & welfare matters.
• Coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
• Formulation of Policy-Recruitment, Leave, Annual Increment, Attendance Bonus, Procedures- SOP (Standing Operating Procedure), Employees Handbook, Code of Conduct, Office Etiquettes such as Dress Code etc.
• Over see general administration functions like travel arrangement, printing, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile
• MBA/PGBA-HR/IR or MSW with 2-5 years of experience in Marketing/ Sales or Hospitality or similar industry.
• Should have proficiency in English and sound knowledge of HR policies and practices, various SOPs and implementation.
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A team player with leadership skills.
• Proficiency with computers, especially in MS Office.Job description
