It was an honor to be among the top-notch brands like ITC Maratha, Reliance Hospitality, Catering Institutes & restaurants,150 Chefs from Hamla & 20 Chefs from other units contributed to the Festival. The event was a true celebration of flavors and culinary excellence.

We love it when our customers challenge us with exciting catering assignments! Last week, we were hired by the owners of lovely Tropicana Resorts at Alibaug for a Birthday bash.
Two separate teams were dispatched from our new kitchen, the heavy Equipment by Tempo and Kadir & team by RORO.
The live counters included Bheja Masala, Baida Roti & Gurda Kaleja. Starters consisted of our signature Patti Samosas, Russian Cutlets and the Main course was of course our Dum Biryani! The team made it back to our home base by 6am!
