Today's event shall be stepping stone for development of floriculture in the state
Chairman ifab and secretary horticultue have appreciated the program and have given many instructions towards floriculture development
1)Speeding up establishment of mrket
2)proposal to get power subsidy to polyhouse growers
3) Developing Karnataka as floriculture tourism hub
4)thought process towards establishing seasonal marketing at lalbagh, cubbon park etc

A new AI-powered chatbot named KissanGPT has been introduced to assist Indian farmers amid the popularity of AI tools like ChatGPT and others. This AI chatbot could be a game-changer for farmers who rely primarily on farming for their livelihood.

KissanGPT is a ChatGPT-powered chatbot designed to assist farmers with their agricultural queries. KissanGPT is multilingual and offers real-time guidance on farming-related advice such as crop cultivation, irrigation, pest management, etc. Farmers can communicate with the chatbot using their smartphones; it is a simple and practical tool for them to employ.

KissanGPT's creators, led by computer scientist Pratik Desai, hope it can close the knowledge gap between farmers and professionals and give farmers the information and tools they need to boost earnings. No matter where they are in the country or their education level, all farmers will be able to use this AI chatbot.

Farmers that have utilised KissanGPT have provided positive feedback, with many stating that it has assisted them in improving their crop decisions and yields.

The Central Pollution Control Board was asked to take a decision on the matter within two months and submit a report. Test results from government labs showed plastic flowers and leaves to be made from polythene, which has been banned by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board
