One of the most pavam experiences around weddings was shooting this Malayalam wedding in the temple. They are very very short, almost like a 10-15 mins wedding including all the essentials like sindoor, mangalsutra and 1 phera, also signing off all the papers and immediately they give the marriage certificate too.

We are all looking for a partner, a companion to go through the journey of life. Someone to keep talking to while we go through the long deserted roads or to run with, while things are moving fast, or to create, to create a whole new world with. Marriage is not just a societal approval but a commitment an oath to respect and give to each other a full life.
We are so grateful that we can provide to them a medium to see themselves, their expression of love, commitment, the bonds of family and friends through our photographs and films.

Love is not attachment.
It is easy to confuse love with attachment. If you truly love someone, you will want that person to be happy, whether or not their happiness depends on you. Attachment to someone is not a complete expression of love. It demands that another person loves you in return for you loving them.
This is trying to make someone else responsible for your own happiness, rather than accepting the responsibility for it yourself. The clinging nature of attachment is unwholesome.

Boys have a very different code of conduct in their Haldi ceremony. It has a sharp graph of epiphany, which does from Family members to Friends coming with all kind of things to put on the Groom, from ketchup to beer. The anticipation sometimes gets on us too!

Love and laughter goes at its peak when you are showered with so petals. You know some feelings touch you deep in your heart, flowers do that. Haldi is one of the most awaited and interesting functions of all the festivities of an Indian wedding. It is like celebrating Holi without the Holi day. And the way boys are played with, is really interesting! anything and everything is poured on them from ketchup to beer to anything random. Stay tuned to see the girls version of it.
