Let’s Team up -

1. EVENT- SALES/ BANQUET- SALES:
· Introduce the venue to all the walk-in customers.
· Follow-up on all incoming inquiries, Timely communication to customers/clients by telephonic or email conversation with focus on customer service and relationship building.
· Lead conversion / sales maximisation to achieve sales target and drive profitability
· Revenue management – to ensure revenue flow through healthy customer and owner
relationships
· Ensure target achievement through revenue generation & collection effectively split
across venues and packages
· To ensure smooth operations at the venue through stakeholder management
· Supervising and ensuring smooth ex*****on of events for an excellent customer
experience

Requirements:
· At least one year of work experience in events, venue sales preferable
· Prior experience in Banquets/ Hotels / Events industry is must
· Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills and fluency in English, Hindi and Marathi
· Well versed in PPT, EXCEL etc
· Ability to take up ownership

2. EVENT OPERATIONS- EXECUTIVE:
· Follow up on the concepts and proposals approved by clients and put them into reality
· Source for materials and act as a negotiator to obtain cost-effective prices from suppliers
· Key liaison between client, event managers, in-house designers and other 3rd party vendors leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and event requirements are met
· Apply for licences, permits required with the relevant authorities
· Coordinate and manage the set-up and production of the event on site, ensuring the delivery of a high quality event
· Plan and propose workflows for every event
· Ensure a smooth operation throughout each event
· Required to work closely with the members of the team to collectively produce a successful event.
· To handle multiple projects from entry level to mega huge events
· Logistics management and inventory control of all decoration, equipment, materials and any other items
Requirements:
· At least 2 years of work experience in events Operations
· A passion for events and communication with an accurate eye for details
· Prior experience in Hotels / Events industry is must
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Ability to take up ownership
