Today is our last public consultation event on the updated plans for the Phase 4 Woodberry Down regeneration. The team will be at Rowley Gardens tomorrow, Tuesday 22nd, 3-7pm.
Look out for the heated marquee with biscuits and hot drinks!

The Woodberry Down Redevelopment team look forward to seeing residents this afternoon to show the updated plans for the Phase 4 development, at The Rose Gardens this afternoon 3pm - 7pm. Come and see the model, meet the team and grab a hot drink.
We'll also be at Rowley Gardens on Tuesday 22nd, 3pm - 7pm.

Please come down to one of our public events to see the latest plans for the design of Phase 4 at Woodberry Down. You can meet the team and see how feedback from the local community during the last round of consultation in the summer changed the designs.

The Woodberry Down regeneration began in 2008, replacing the original 1,890 homes with over 5,500 mixed-tenure, modern, high-quality homes. Phases 1 and 2 have now been completed and provide more than 2,300 homes including 887 affordable homes, community facilities and beautiful public open spaces, as well as the opening of the Woodberry Wetlands. Over £12 million has been contributed to support local infrastructure improvements so far.


A lot has changed since the regeneration began and the Delivery Partners are now consulting on Phase 4 which will provide c470 new homes with 43% of affordable homes.
