Returning to Cortina for its eighth edition, The Queen of Taste is a journey to discover the Ampezzo food and wine tradition, reinterpreted in a gourmet style by the best local chefs and top names in Italian cuisine.

Emma Aru, Founder and Past President of EGA, is among the main promoters of the event, organized by Chef Team Cortina and Cortina For Us.

The event features a rich program of meetings, workshops, and tastings, with the participation of key figures involved in the nomination of Italian Cuisine as an intangible UNESCO heritage.

Also present at the roundtable is Claudia Maria Golinelli, current President of EGA, with a significant contribution to the sector thanks to her extensive experience in organizing major events.
