Apprendista assaggiatrice e sommelier, navigando tra la Francia e la Sardegna, Emma si dedica ora alla sua passione di una vita, il mondo del vino. Dopo aver orientato i suoi studi e la sua carriera professionale nelle professioni della logistica, Emma decide, dopo 7 anni di attività, di cambiare direzione e intraprendere una nuova avventura. Supportata da chi le è vicino, si è immersa ne
l settembre 2020 tra libri, riviste, blog e corsi di enologia e viticoltura. Ad ottobre un altro evento sconvolge la sua vita, un bellissimo incontro la porta dritta in Sardegna dove decide di stabilirsi per qualche mese e continuare lì il suo apprendistato. Per quanto possibile, viaggia attraverso le aziende vinicole e le enoteche della regione alla scoperta dei vini e delle tradizioni locali. Contemporaneamente segue i corsi di sommelier, tenuti dalla Fondazione Italiana Sommelier a Cagliari. Nel giugno 2021 Emma supera l'esame WSET 2, garantendole un alto livello di conoscenza del vino. Nel settembre 2021, è tornata temporaneamente in Francia per seguire il Master 2 in International Wine Trade a Montpellier svolgendo uno stage di sviluppo aziendale nella magnifica regione di Bordeaux. Dalla fine del 2022 offrirà attività di degustazione e organizzazione di eventi a privati, case o ospiti nei Boutique Apartment Collection a Sassari e Olbia. ENGLISH
Wine taster and apprentice Sommelier, sailing between France and Sardinia, Emma dedicates herself to her lifelong passion, the world of wine. Following a seven-year-long career in logistics, Emma decided to embark on a new adventure. In 2020, encouraged by her loved ones, Emma immersed herself in books, magazines, blogs, and courses to improve her wine skills. Soon after, a beautiful encounter led her to Sardinia, where she had the chance to settle for a few months and enrich her wine knowledge. While taking Sommelerie classes at the Fondazione Italiana Sommelier in Cagliari, she discovered the region's wine estates, local wines, and wine making traditions. Strong of a WSET 2 exam certification, Emma has gained a high level of knowledge in wines of the old world as well as the new one. In September 2021, she returned temporarily to France to attend a MBA 2 in International Wine Trade in Montpellier and landed a business development internship in the magnificent Bordeaux region. Starting in the end of 2022, she will be offering wine tasting activities and event organization to individuals and to Boutique Apartment Collection’s guests in Sassari and Olbia. FRANCAIS
Apprentie dégustatrice et sommelier, navigant entre la France et la Sardaigne, Emma se dédie aujourd’hui à sa passion de toujours, le monde du vin. Après avoir orienté ses études et sa carrière professionnelle dans les métiers de la logistique, Emma décide, après 7 années en entreprise, de changer de voie et de se lancer dans une nouvelle aventure. Appuyée par ses proches, elle se plonge en septembre 2020 dans les livres, les revues, les blogs et les cours sur l'œnologie et la viticulture. En octobre 2020, un autre événement vient bousculer sa vie puisqu'une belle rencontre l'amène tout droit en Sardaigne où elle décide de s’installer quelques mois et d’y poursuivre son apprentissage. Elle parcourt autant que possible les domaines viticoles et les vinothèques de la région à la découverte des vins et traditions locales. Au même moment, elle suit les cours en sommellerie, dispensés par la Fondazione Italiana Sommelier à Cagliari. En Juin 2021, Emma réussit l’examen du WSET 2, lui garantissant un haut niveau de connaissances en vin. En Septembre 2021, elle retourne temporairement en France pour suivre le Master 2 en Commerce International du Vin à Montpellier et décroche un stage de développement commercial dans la région magnifique de Bordeaux. Dès la fin de 2022, elle proposera des activités de dégustation et d’organisation d'événements aux particuliers, à domicile ou à la clientèle de Boutique Apartment Collection à Sassari et Olbia.

Last July, I participated in the activity offered by the Sorres, "dinner and tasting in the vineyards". A charming concept and a unique moment thanks to the beauty of the place and the passion that the two sisters put into setting up this experience. A few weeks later, they contacted me to join their team and here I am today as a sales agent for the estate, a great reward after 2 years of professional retraining! A new adventure is therefore starting for me and you can already contact me, as professionals or individuals, for any information relating to their range of wines and cosmetic products, whether you are in Sardinia or in France!
En juillet dernier, j'ai participé à l'activité proposée par la Cantina Sorres, "dîner et dégustation dans les vignes". Un concept charmant et un moment unique tant par la beauté des lieux que par la passion qu'ont mise les deux sœurs à mettre en place cette expérience. Quelques semaines plus t**d, elles me contactent pour rejoindre leur équipe et me voici aujourd'hui agent commercial pour le domaine, une belle récompense après 2 années de reconversion professionnelle! Une nouvelle aventure démarre donc pour moi et vous pouvez déjà me contacter, en tant que professionnels ou particuliers, pour toutes informations relatives à leur gamme de vins et produits cosmétiques, que vous soyez en Sardaigne ou en France !
Lo scorso luglio ho partecipato all'attività offerta dalla Cantina Sorres, "cena e degustazione in vigna". Un concept affascinante e un momento unico sia per la bellezza del luogo che per la passione che le due sorelle mettono nell'allestimento di questa esperienza. Qualche settimana dopo, mi hanno contattato per entrare a far parte del loro team ed eccomi qui oggi come agente di vendita per la cantina, una grande ricompensa dopo due anni di riqualificazione professionale! Per me sta quindi iniziando una nuova avventura e potete già contattarmi, come professionisti o privati, per qualsiasi informazione relativa alla loro gamma di vini e prodotti cosmetici, che siate in Sardegna o in Francia!
