In Vedic culture, skin care and cleansing reflects a deep meaning, like a sacred ritual. Before every important moment in life the skin is cleaned, also to eliminate subtle memories not only to eliminate body toxins. All this becomes a ritual, made of plant powders, flowers for a renewed and luminous skin. On Saturday afternoon in our Academy we will learn this ritual of beauty and detoxification thanks to Ayurveda knowledge .

Food for us is the key to a healthy and happy life. It is nourishment, colours, scents, and it is an important gift to ourselves. With our Chef in our services, events, cooking class and retreat we offer only sustainable, vegetarian, seasonal, healthy and beautiful food! A theme that we bring to our Academy with our teachers. On January 13th and 14th we will talk about detox with a global vision: from nutrition, knowing foods and nutrients, plants and spices, breathing, Ayurveda and remedies to purify ourselves, functional medicine ... in short, a weekend full of knowledge. Ciò che ci mi ha spinto a creare questo percorso dedicato all’Academy ?
Divulgare e accogliere !
Non è solo un percorso per chi opera in ambito benessere, ma accessibile anche a tutte le donne che vogliono conoscersi e prendere in mano la propria vita !
Perché scegliere di iscriversi ?
Perché alle spalle c’è un team unico che unisce medicina e saperi naturali per svelare ciò che può creare squilibrio come sonno, benessere del corpo e della mente, ormoni, pelle, in ogni fase …molto altro lo trovi nel programma nel link in bio .
E poi perché dietro tutto ciò c’è una mission che nasce da un desiderio nato anni fa, e tanto lavoro di squadra per creare questo percorso Unico!

Cos’ha spinto a dedicare così tempo ed energie per le donne in questo progetto della nostra Ceo ?
“Perché ho ascoltato tanto storie e condiviso tanti dolori, e poca conoscenza su tematiche importanti senza risoluzioni.
Perché è assurdo che si sappia ancora così poco su ciò che viviamo e che non si sappia a chi rivolgersi. Quali rimedi naturali ci possono essere, quanto il tocco e il respiro siamo preziosi, quanto anche un corretto stile di vita possa aiutarci, come funzioniamo e come tutto ciò si possa unire .
Perché sento ancora dite che i massaggi sono solo estetici, che tanto si risolve con una pastiglia il mal di testa , mentre si può aiutare con molto altro, etc etc …
Sento la rassegnazione, la frustrazione, e in tutto ciò chi dovrebbe occuparsi di benessere e della nostra salute, fa troppo poco e se lo fa molte volte é perché nei periodi di “ buio” diventiamo fonte di grandi introiti per loro!
Per questo ho creato non solo un Accademia ma un luogo di conoscenza, di possibilità, un percorso per chi si occupa di benessere “etico” ma soprattutto per tutte voi donne!
Affinché possiate prendere in mano la vostra vita e scoprire che stare bene é un diritto non una possibilità “!

Il cruccio e la gioia della nostra vita!
WellOne e con la WellOne Academy partiamo proprio da una tematica molto importante, soprattutto nel mondo delle donne: il rapporto con il cibo .
Associato all’umore, alla bilancia, ai cambi ormonali, alle emozioni, non solo come “nutrimento” : cosa mangiare e quanto mangiare .
Non seguiamo le mode ma seguiamo la consapevolezza e la felicità che deve trasmetterci !
Per questo abbiamo scelto lei perché racconta di alimentazione con il suo approcio integrato, sano, fuori dalle mode, e con gioia !

Ho iniziato ad occuparmi di benessere 15 anni fa, una ricerca continua, che mi porta a credere che il benessere sia uno status.
WellOne é un concetto di vita, significa stare bene nel corpo e nell’animo circondati da bellezza e accoglienza !
Una visione, un progetto di vita, un’azienda fondata su valori e sull’ importanza della collaborazione tra donne.
Penso che l’Unione tra donne sia fondamentale per creare una società migliore.
