Because the food was much I hired 2 extra people.

As we were cooking an emergency took me away from the kitchen but before I came back the rice meant for fried rice was over cooked. 🤦‍♀️🥺😳

When we were supposed to start frying the rice we had to prepare a fresh broth to cook the rice.

This entire process took us extra 2 hours 🙄🙄🙄

We preferred to be late than with the perfect fried rice than to be on time with overcooked one.

So to our beautiful customers we always want to give you value for your money 💰 ❤❤❤

No matter the orders we receive for Sundays, they must be either picked up or delivered before 9am because I must not miss my time with God at the service.

And if it is afternoon I always inform our customers that I can only be available after church service.

I don't joke with it, the system already take my time during the week but Sunday morning for me it's special 😃🥰❤❤

And it has been great in the past couple of years, thanks to God for sending us understanding customers 🙏 😀 😊 ❤

On Friday night I closed from work 12 midnight, drove home and straight to my kitchen.
Started preparing for Saturday lunch delivery. Went to bed 3am and woke up 7am for mother duties 😴

Later continued with the food preparation at 11:30 everything was ready.
▪︎Meatpie
▪︎Fried Rice
▪︎Peppered turky wings
▪︎Fried fish
▪︎Okro soup with poundo yam

Now time for packaging 📦 😍

Left the house at 12:45 finished delivery and went home to take a nap for 2 hours 😴
Mother duties 😃

Went to get my ingredients and tools ready cooked through the night till 7:30am

▪︎25kg of jollof Rice
▪︎30kg of turky wings
▪︎Black soup with 5kg of poundo yam
▪︎60 pieces of Meatpie

Got ready for church service ⛪

And this is me 10:30am glowing like nothing happened. 🥰🥰🥰
