Estratto intervista al neo presidente Venice Canoe & Dragon Boat asd Andrea Bedin

Spiegati meglio Andrea, chi opera insieme alla Venice Canoe per raggiungere questi prestigiosi traguardi?

Nel 2014, io e alcuni associati, ci siamo trovati davanti ad un bivio.
L’anno successivo avremmo organizzato il nostro primo grande evento, gli Europei 2015 di dragon boat ad Auronzo di Cadore. In queste manifestazioni le imbarcazioni sono messe a disposizione dal Comitato Organizzatore (sarebbe impensabile gestire il trasporto, il varo e l’alaggio di 2 o 3 imbarcazioni di ogni club e/o squadra nazionale).
Molto spesso si noleggiano le 26 o 38 imbarcazioni, un numero variabile dalla tipologia (standard e mini dragon) e dal numero di mute (da 4 o da 6 imbarcazioni).
La soluzione più semplice sarebbe stata noleggiarle ma finito l’evento non ci sarebbe rimasto nulla.
Non potevamo nemmeno indebitare l’Associazione per l’acquisto. Abbiamo optato per creare una ditta, la VCDB SERVIZI SRLS www.venicesportevents.com, con la quale, oltre ad acquistare le imbarcazioni e molti manufatti utili per la realizzazione delle gare di canoa e dragon boat (apparecchiature radio e informatiche, pontili, catamarano per le riprese TV, motori, impianto audio, ecc.), ora gestiamo tutti gli aspetti organizzativi e commerciali dei team building aziendali di dragon boat - tra i fruitori dei nostri servizi abbiamo avuto il meeting mondiale di nel 2018, quello della nel 2016, avremo quello delle Assicurazioni nel 2022, e poi tantissimi altri grandi nomi che hanno effettuato regate e/o escursioni con noi: , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ecc. - e dei piccoli e grandi eventi - Europei dragon boat, Mondiali dragon boat, Europei canoa velocità…Mondiali canoa velocità).

Auronzo di Cadore si è presentata con un ottimo dossier e, ciliegina sulla torta, oggi è arrivata la lettera di sostegno della Regione del Veneto alla candidatura di questo grande evento. Grazie .

Auronzo di Cadore, comunità cadorina, Provincia di Belluno, Regione del Veneto, Italia...amici della canoa e del dragon boat....tutti uniti per scrivere assieme un'altra possibile grande pagina di sport e storia per il nostro Paese.
