Aria di Alba® is a culinary event organized by Tartuflanghe.

Join us for a worldwide tour featuring Alba's native white truffles in a sumptuous four course meal paired with magnificent wines: new and exciting truffle dishes will be prepared by young Italian Chefs – the new Italian cooking’s promises – together with a local top Chef from the restaurant which hosts the event. The four-course menu' unearths the flavors of the truffle through the playful imagin

ation and inventive gastronomic vision of 4 chefs. The evening's dishes embody the essence of Italian cuisine, a harmony of rustic and hearty, made luxurious with the intoxicating white Alba truffle. The first edition is going to be held in Hong Kong, Autumn 2013.
