While I was conducting standard day tours some years ago I became convinced that there had to be a more individual and exciting way of discovering Tuscany's wine and food. But instead of telling my clients which standard packages they could choose from, I wanted them to tell me what they wanted to do! Although I didn't feel ready to take this idea to the marketplace back then I never abandoned the

idea. After the necessary process of maturation I finally decided to give my idea a chance. If you're reading these lines right now you're already part this new chapter. The olive oil campaign of 2018 is almost over. Here’s a short glimpse of what’s going on at the tiny “frantoio” of the Mugnaini family in Barberino.
