Reliving the memories of a truly special day for Eve and Alex, a picture perfect celebration full of love and laughter. They envisioned a relaxed, festival-themed wedding, and we brought their dream to life with a creative and vibrant menu. Guests were welcomed with Pasti-Cones to start, followed by wood fired whole hog buns and pizzas served street food style, complemented by a bountiful harvest table. For dessert, a spread of naughty sweet treats , and the night ended with epic hot dogs that kept the party spirit alive. It was a standout wedding from last year, celebrating a beautiful couple surrounded by their cherished friends and family.

That feeling when service is complete! Would you just look at these wild flowers. Planted with hope by Eve & Alex for their big day, and their wish came true. What a beautiful wedding that was. We served wood fired whole hog buns and pizzas alongside a harvest table with seasonal local veggie dishes. Happy days!

For the lovely Libby & Sam's big day; we hot smoked these juicy sides of salmon from Fresh Fish Jersey. Lathered in a dill oil, served with wedges of lemon and some epic Beef!

Cooking this way requires patience and timing perfection, and my crew smashed it! ❤️

There's nothing like returning to my roots by cooking outdoors for loved ones on our beautiful coastline. No set plan just bag packed with a little firewood, lamb sleeping in Turkish spiced yogurt and some dough slowly proving away.

An unforgettable off grid back to nature experience in Austria’s Kärnten region, keeping warm and cooking over fire, consuming far too much Speck.

Teresa met us at our cabin hidden in the woods, high up in the mountains of Carinthia with a basket of local ‘slow food’.
She is part of (Austria) a pilot project setup in the region involving 8 different villages.

Protecting and promoting villages in rural areas is an important part of defending and conserving gastronomic heritage.

is an organization setup over 30 years ago in Italy, that promotes local food and traditional cooking to counter our ever growing reliance on fast food and fast life.

With over 160 countries onboard, campaigning to ensure everyone has access to good, clean and fair food. Very Interesting stuff!

Mooloomi with coal roasted heritage vege, hazelnuts and a punchy spiced dukkah all perched atop a cool bed of natural yogurt.

Mooloomi is made from their dairy cow’s non homogenized milk so packed full of nutrients and fires up great on the grill!

Last year and I produced a shoot for all their scrumptious products and I look forward to sharing more. We ate well that weekend! 😍
