1. No. Yes, you can. Yes!!!

What should I do before coming to the Glam? If you’ve booked a makeup package come with a clean face. If you’ve booked a hair package, come with clean hair. Make sure to be on time for your appointment.

2. Do you have a refund policy? The minimum deposit is non-refundable. The excess is refunded to you. Payments can also be rolled over to any territory and future event dates.

3. What happens if

I'm late? We have a late section with pro-makeup artists just for these moments. It operates on a first come first serve basis. You may experience some delays.

4. Do you accept payments on the day? All final payments must be made before or at the time of costume pickup

5. What payment methods do you accept for the balance? We accept cash and all major Debit and Credit Card, Zelle, CashApp, WiPay & PayPal.

6. Can I transfer my booking to a friend? Simply send the request to [email protected]

7. Can a friend (gf or bf) come to accompany me to my appointment? Glam Hub is for everyone. The Bring-a-Friend package costs $15 and can be purchased on the day at the door. This also gives the friend access to all the Glam Hub amenities and Non-GLAM services.

8. Is there a Shuttle Service from the Hotel? This is a special paid service and must be requested before the day
