Circular No. 123/2023
Special procedures in the facilities of Queen Alia International Airport, from today until 4/6/2023

Subsequent to Circular No. 122/2023 dated 5/28/2023 regarding the procedures for parking and movement of tourist vehicles and buses at Queen Alia International Airport facilities, from today until 4/6/2023.

Please note that, at the direction and diligence of the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and the Tourism Promotion Authority, coordination has been made with the management of the International Airport Group (Queen Alia Airport) regarding the reception and farewell of tourist groups to companies and offices
Tourism, travel and bus movement inside the airport, in order to facilitate the movement of tourist groups and not to prolong the arrival or farewell procedures and in accordance with the security measures and special arrangements from the airport administration to receive the guests of the Kingdom to attend and participate in Jordan's wedding ceremony of His Royal Highness
Prince Al-Hussein Ibn Abdullah II, the Crown Prince.

Accordingly, please note that the Jordanian Association of Travel and Tourism Agents, in coordination with the airport management, has coordinated the following procedures, provided that the travel and tourism companies and the cooperation of their representatives at the airport adhere to the following procedures:

Tourist groups are confirmed before leaving the reception hall with all their bags and before moving to the bus meeting point. The direction of the departure hall is used to load tourist groups (Gate Five). Three buses are entered as a maximum and no more than 10-15 minutes to load Passengers. Immediately after the group leaves the reception hall and heads to the upper departure hall, provided that the group is alerted to board the bus immediately without waiting near the bus. The company representative immediately confirms that the bags are loaded from the right side of the bus only and adjacent to the sidewalk without opening and using the left side for loading bags on the bus. Gate number five is used or available for this purpose. Coordination immediately with the liaison officer in the departure area appointed by the airport administration in order to facilitate the process of loading passengers and provide full cooperation with them. You will receive an email with the issued visa and insurance for the duration of your stay in the Kingdom. Conditions for benefiting from free accommodation: 1. Once payment is confirmed, apply for a one-day free stay by clicking on the Saudi Holidays banner on the booking confirmation page or from the Reservations Department or the Saudi Holidays website. 2. When you arrive at the hotel, please present your boarding pass to the hotel receptionist to take advantage of the free accommodation offer. 3. Hotel reservations depend on the capabilities available at the time of making the reservation, and a request can be submitted via the form available on the site in the event that the possibility of reservation is not available. 4. All terms and conditions related to the selected hotels apply in cases of change or refund of reservation. Electronic transit visa: 1. The electronic transit visa is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 2. The duration of residence therein is 96 hours and its validity is 90 days from the date of its issuance. The periods may change according to the regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 3. The electronic transit visa is not extendable. 4. The number of transit times allowed for a single visa is one trip, as another transit visa is required in the event that there are additional trips that require a stopover in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia again. 5. Visa fees, electronic service fees, and medical and insurance service fees for an individual are calculated and prepared according to the visa regulations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Conditions for granting an electronic transit visa: 1. A recognized passport that does not contain any restriction or condition and is valid for a period of not less than six months (taking into consideration the bilateral agreements between the Kingdom and other countries regarding the validity of the passport). 2. A confirmed travel ticket to the intended destination, and an entry visa to it or a residence permit if he is not one of its citizens or exempted from obtaining a visa to enter it. Terms and Conditions: 1. Ensure that the visa sent via e-mail is printed and shown upon entering the Kingdom. 2. The transit visa shall not be applied for if the guest has a valid visa or documents allowing him to enter the Kingdom. 3. The applicant can cancel the visa if he refuses to travel, and there will be no refund for any of the visa fees after issuance, with the application of all terms and conditions of Saudi Airlines for airline tickets. 4. It is possible to apply for another visa immediately after canceling the current visa for any reason. 5. Companions under the age of eighteen are included in the visa applicant's application, as companions of this age group are not allowed to apply individually. 6. In the event that the application is rejected for one of the applicants, all persons attached to the same application will be rejected accordingly. 7. The price that appears after the approval of the sent request includes all fees related to the service, including insurance fees. 8. Passengers with a transit visa with a stopover of more than 24 hours are required to collect their baggage at the stopping point as 9. Current destination is the United Arab Emirates. 10. In the event that the traveler from among his countries is not accepted. 11. The commercial responsibility of travel documents, travel validity, passport, trade, health requirements, and attendance for the flight, before the take-off date and their modification after the issuance of the visa and tickets is within the responsibility. 12. Passengers who are authorized to obtain a visa upon arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and who are accompanied by a reservation for a connection will not be treated as passengers in transit, and their travel procedures will be completed to the first station, regardless of the period of transportation, and they must fulfill all travel requirements to their final destination before commencing travel.

3. في حال لم تكن لديك وثيقة سارية المفعول لدخول المملكة؛ تقدم بطلب تأشيرة المرور من صفحة الخدمات الإضافية.

4. تأكد من تجهيز الصور الشخصية الخاصة بك في جهازك بحسب المواصفات التالية: ( 200*200px file size -20kb ) قبل البدء بتعبئة الاستمارة.

5. سنقوم بتحصيل الرسوم المتعلقة بإصدار التأشيرة في خطوة دفع واحدة مع تذكرة السفر.

6. سيصلك بريد إلكتروني بالتأشيرة المصدرة والتأمين الخاص بمدة إقامتك في المملكة.

شروط الاستفادة من الإقامة المجانية

1. فور تأكيد الدفع تقدم للحصول على الإقامة المجانية لمدة يوم عن طريق الضغط على اللافتة الخاصة بعطلات السعودية في صفحة تأكيد الحجز أو من إدارة الحجوزات أو الموقع الخاص بعطلات السعودية.

2. عند وصولك إلى الفندق فضلاً أبرز بطاقة صعود الطائرة لموظف الاستقبال بالفندق لتستفيد من عرض الإقامة المجانية.

3. حجوزات الفنادق تعتمد على الإمكانيات المتاحة في وقت إجراء الحجز ويمكن رفع طلب عبر النموذج المتوفر في الموقع في حال عدم توفر الإمكانية للحجز.

4. تنطبق جميع الشروط والأحكام المتعلقة بالفنادق المختارة في حالات التغيير أو الإسترجاع للحجز.

تأشيرة المرور الإلكترونية:

1. تأشيرة المرور الإلكترونية تصدر من قبل وزارة الخارجية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

2. تصل مدة الإقامة فيها إلى 96 ساعة وصلاحيتها 90 يوماً من تاريخ إصدارها وقد تتغير المدد وفقا لما يرد من أنظمة وزارة الخارجية بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

3. تأشيرة المرور الإلكترونية غير قابلة للتمديد.

4. عدد مرات العبور المسموح بها للتأشيرة الواحدة هو سفرة واحدة، حيث يتطلب إصدار تأشيرة مرور أخرى في حال وجود رحلات إضافية تتطلب التوقف في المملكة العربية السعودية مرة أخرى.

5. رسوم التأشيرة ورسوم الخدمة الإلكترونية ورسوم خدمة التأمين الطبي والتأمين للفرد يتم احتسابها وإعدادها حسب أنظمة التأشيرات بوزارة الخارجية.

6. الحصول على تأشيرة المرور الإلكترونية لا يعني بالضرورة ضمان الدخول للمملكة العربية السعودية حيث سيتم تدقيق المستندات من قبل موظف الجوازات للتحقق من صحة المعلومات التي تم تقديمها.

شروط منح تأشيرة المرور الإلكترونية:



1. جواز سفر معترف به لا يحتوي على أي قيد أو شرط صالح لمدة لا تقل عن ستة أشهر (مع مراعاة الاتفاقيات الثنائية بين المملكة والدول الأخرى بشأن صلاحية الجواز).

2. تذكرة سفر مؤكدة إلى الوجهة المقصودة، وتأشيرة دخول إليها أو رخصة إقامة إذا لم يكن من مواطنيها أو المعفيين من الحصول على تأشيرة لدخولها.

الشروط والأحكام:

1. التأكد من طباعة التأشيرة المرسلة عبر البريد الإلكتروني وإبرازها عند دخول المملكة.

2. ا يتم التقديم على تأشيرة المرور في حال كان الضيف لديه تأشيرة سارية المفعول أو وثائق تسمح له بدخول المملكة.

3. يستطيع مقدم الطلب إلغاء التأشيرة حال العدول عن السفر ولن يكون هناك استرداد لأي من رسوم التأشيرة بعد صدورها مع تطبيق كافة الشروط والأحكام للخطوط السعودية لتذاكر الطيران.

4. يمكن التقدم لطلب تأشيرة أخرى بشكل فوري بعد إلغاء التأشيرة الحالية لأي سبب.

5. يتم تضمين المرافقين دون سن الثامنة عشر من العمر في طلب المتقدم بطلب التأشيرة حيث لا يتاح للمرافقين من هذه الفئة العمرية التقدم بشكل منفرد.

6. في حال تم رفض الطلب لأحد المتقدمين فإنه يتم رفض جميع الأشخاص المرفقين في نفس الطلب بالتبعية.

7. السعر الذي يظهر عقب صدور الموافقة على الطلب المرسل يشمل جميع الرسوم المتعلقة بالخدمة بما في ذلك رسوم التأمين.

8. يتوجب على المسافرين الحاصلين على تأشيرة المرور ولديهم مدة توقف تزيد عن 24 ساعة استلام أمتعتهم من محطة التوقف كما يتعذر تسليم الأمتعة في حال كان زمن التوقف يقل عن 24 ساعة.

9. لن يتم قبول الراكب في محطة المنشأ حال عدم اكتمال متطلبات السفر إلى الوجهة الأخيرة.

10. في حال عدم قبول المسافر العابر في محطة المواصلة فإن المسافر سيتكفل بتكلفة اعادته إعادته إلى محطة المنشأ على نفقته الخاصة.

11. إن مسؤولية التأكد من صلاحية مستندات السفر وصلاحية التأشيرة ومدة التوقف والاشتراطات الصحية والحضور للرحلة قبل موعد الإقلاع وتعديل الحجز بعد إصدار التأشيرة والتذاكر تقع ضمن مسؤولية المسافر.

12. اصطحاب الراكب العابر لحجز واحد مؤكد إلى الوجهة النهائية المقصودة ولا يتم التعامل مع الحجوزات المنفصلة.

13. طباعة بطاقة الصعود وبطاقة الأمتعة إلى المحطة الأخيرة في محطة المنشأ إذا لم تزد فترة المواصلة عن 24 ساعة .

14. الركاب المخولين للحصول على تأشيرة حال الوصول إلى المملكة العربية السعودية والمصطحبين لحجز مواصلة لن يتم التعامل معهم كركاب عابرين وسيتم إنهاء إجراءات سفرهم إلى المحطة الأولى بغض النظر عن فترة المواصلة ولابد من استيفائهم لجميع متطلبات السفر إلى وجهتهم النهائية قبل الشروع في السفر.

Airlines are allowed to board passengers with nationalities in Group (B) Countries who hold valid Schengen, US or UK (tourist or business) types visas to obtain visit visa for the propose of tourism upon their arrival at the Kingdom Airports via self-service machines or through Passport Offices, provided that their visa has been used once at least. National Air carriers are responsible to verify the information on the said visas.

كما ورد من هيئة تنظيم الطيران المدني الأردني (JCARC) ، اعتبارًا من 1 مارس إلى 31 مارس 2022 ، يُسمح للرحلات الدولية المجدولة بالعمل من / إلى المطارات الأردنية.

وفقًا لذلك ، يتم تطبيق ما يلي على جميع الرحلات القادمة:

3) يُسمح لحاملي QR العسكريين بالدخول إلى الأردن بشرط التأمين الصحي لغير الأردنيين.

As received from Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (JCARC), effective from 01st March to 31st March 2022, International scheduled flights are allowed to operate from/to Jordanian airports.

Accordingly, the following to be applied on all inbound flights:

1) Airlines are responsible to ensure the following requirements are met by all non-Jordanian passengers prior to boarding:

A) Non-Jordanian passengers are required to visit https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo portal prior to departure, complete the required form, and obtain the QR code which is mandatory to be presented to airline personnel prior to boarding and upon arrival.
- Exemption include:
- Jordanian passengers and their families, wives and children regardless of their nationality.
- Transit passengers.

B) Proof of health insurance is mandatory for non-Jordanians.
- Exemptions include:
- Medical Tourism Patients.

2) Diplomatic QR holders (Diplomats and Employees of Regional and International Organizations and their dependents and family members holding diplomatic passports, special passports, or regular passports) have a permanent diplomatic QR code that its validity does not expire, and it is possible to return with this code to Jordan for several trips are exempted from:
- Health insurance.

3) Military QR holders, are allowed entry into Jordan provided health insurance for non-Jordanians.

Jordan - Entry Regulations (Update 47)

Dear Trade Partners & Colleagues,

As received from Jordan Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (JCARC), effective from 12th until 31st December 2021, International scheduled flights are allowed to operate from/to Jordanian airports.



Accordingly, the following to be applied on inbound flights:



1) Airlines are responsible to ensure the following requirements are met by all passengers prior to boarding:



A) All passengers are required to visit https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo portal prior to departure, complete the required form, and obtain the QR code which is mandatory to be presented to airline personnel prior to boarding and upon arrival.



B) Airlines are responsible to ensure each passenger, prior to boarding, has a negative PCR test which was conducted within 72 hours prior to the departure time from the first embarking airport (regarding Egypt, Turkey, Iraq only PCR tests from approved labs should be accepted.

- Exemptions include:

- Children under the age of 5 years.



C) Proof of health insurance is mandatory for non-Jordanians.

- Exemptions include:

- Medical Tourism Patients.



D) PCR test upon arrival is mandatory for all passengers. The airline is responsible to collect the amount of the arrival PCR test (28 JOD) in the form of an EMD for all passengers who are unable to pay through the https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo portal.

- Exemptions include:

- Children under the age of 5 years.

2) Direct flights from/to Jordan from the following countries South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, and Botswana is totally prohibited.



3) The following shall be applied on passengers coming from South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini, and Botswana:



Firstly: Jordanian Passengers and their families (Spouse and Children):



A) Who were in the above countries in the last 14 days prior to traveling to Jordan are allowed entry into Jordan provided below conditions:



(1) Provide negative PCR test conducted within 72 hours prior to the departure time.

- Exemptions include:

- Children under the age of 5 years



(2) Conduct PCR test upon arrival. the airline is responsible to collect the amount of the arrival PCR test (28 JOD) in the form of an EMD for all passengers who are unable to pay through the https://www.visitjordan.gov.jo portal.

- Exemptions include:

- Children under the age of 5 years



(3) Undergo institutional quarantine upon arrival at the airport hotel for 14 days as following:

- Sign the attached indemnity form

- Pay to the hotel the required charges for the whole nights in advance

- Airline is responsible to keep a copy of the indemnity form and hotel receipt for a period of 60 days to be provided to CARC upon request.



B) Who stayed more than 14 days outside above countries prior to traveling to Jordan are allowed entry into Jordan by applying requirements under point 1 above



Secondly: Non- Jordanian Passengers:



A) Who were in the above countries in the last 14 days are not allowed entry and transit Jordan



B) Who stayed more than 14 days outside above countries prior to traveling to Jordan are allowed entry into Jordan by applying requirements under point 1 above.



4) Diplomatic QR holders (Diplomats and Employees of Regional and International Organizations (and their dependents and family members holding diplomatic passports, special passports, or regular passports) have a permanent diplomatic QR code that its validity does not expire, and it is possible to return with this code to Jordan for several trips are exempted from:

- PCR test before departure and upon arrival

- Health insurance.



5) The following shall be applied on passengers travelling to Aqaba (King Hussein International Airport) from Amman:



- Passengers shall hold vaccinations certificates proving that full course of vaccination has been completed (Minors are exempted from providing vaccination certificate or PCR test if holding a proof that their both parents have full course of vaccination), or

- Hold a proof that 21 days have passed after the first dose of covid-19 vaccination, or

- Hold a negative PCR test which was conducted within 72 hours prior to the departure time from the first embarking airport.

- The vaccination certificate shall be in the Arabic or English language only and presented to airline personnel prior to boarding.



6) Passengers shall submit a Health Declaration at the counter before boarding before boarding either manually or electronically using the following link https://hdf.rj.com



7) Any passenger gives falsified or incorrect information is subject to a fine of 10,000 JOD.



8) International transfer passengers are allowed at Jordanian Airports, and all transit passengers must hold a negative PCR test conducted within 72 hours before departure.
