At dahil fully vaccinated naku, Kumuha na ako netong Yellow Card (The International Certificate of Vaccination or ICV (also known as Carte Jaune) for COVID-19 is now available at the Bureau of Quarantine! This is a medical passport issued by the World Health Organization.

For now, the BOQ only issues ICVs for COVID-19 vaccines recognized by the WHO and these are Pfizer BioNTech, University of Oxford/AstraZeneca, Janssen/J&J, Moderna, Sinopharm, and last but definitely not the least, Sinovac’s Coronavac.

TIPS;
1 # Pumunta ka sa araw ng iyong appointment at wag mong e rebook kasi mas malayo na ang date of appointment mo pag nirebook mo! baka abutin ka na ng 3mons. bago ka makakuha ng new appointment!

2 ang iyong LGU Vaxcard at Passport. at ipakita sa Gaurd ang iyong BOQ Appointment para makapasok ka kaagad sa loob.

3 # Infairness mabilis lang sa loob wala pang 2hrs matatapos ka na agad kasi may limit lang ang naka sched. Per day sa BOQ.
Para ka ding kumuha ng passport halos same sila ng procedure… pero ang pinagkaiba lng nila ay hindi ka na pi-picturan at wala ng tumbmark. Only signature muna lng at ipakita mo sa kanila ang iyong passport at Vaxcard.

Ps. Pag nag apply po kayo ng BOQ dpat po ay FullyVaccinated na po kayo atleast 2weeks after kayo na vaccine.
Dapat po ay Passport ang gamitin ninyo sa pag register sa BOQ wag ibang ID’s kasi eto ay for Travel Purpose Only lalo na kung mag International ka✈️.
Mas kailangan mo eto at mahigpit na ngayon ang International Flights isa eto sa hahanapin sayo bago ka makapag flight.🤗

❌STOP‼️ Sa mga gusto mag WALK-IN (Emergency ang pagkuha ng BOQ) nakuh, kanina naawa ako sa iba mahaba ang pila at ang aga pa raw nila dun.. kawawa na expose na sila. Whole day pa silang nakapila sa labas.

Mas maganda at convenient pa din pag nag Online Appointment ka pra hindi kna mahirapan sa BOQ.🤗

Register within 24 hours before your flight. Simply click “Yes” when asked “Are your currently at the Airport of Departure or are you Departing today for the Philippines?”
