Information Regarding Travel from/to Japan and Other Countries✈✈✈
Customers entering Japan on an international flight, including those in good health, must quarantine at a location designated by the quarantine station chief (such as their own home) for the 14 days following the date of entry, and cannot use public transportation during this period for any purpose including travel from the airport. Public transportation from the airport also includes Japan domestic flight connections.
Please be aware that it is not possible to connect from an international flight to a Japan domestic flight on the day you arrive.
Entry Conditions
Foreign nationals are not allowed to enter the country from March 22, 2021 to April 21, 2021.
This does not include the following:
Government employees holding 9E visas, Special Economic Zone Business Persons with 47(A)(2) Visas, authorized medical personnel, ROFs specially authorized by the Philippine Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Filipino expatriates), and other previously authorized personnel who need urgent entry. However, those holding 47(a)(2) under Special Economic Zone Business Person (PEZA) are not allowed to enter.
All Philippine nationals, whether OFW or non-OFW, as well as spouses and children accompanying Philippine nationals are allowed to enter the country.
Quarantine
In accordance with the instructions from the Philippine authorities, all passengers entering the Philippines must complete the Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) in advance. Moreover, passengers must make a reservation for at least 6 nights at a government-designated quarantine facility (hotel)Opens in a new window.In the case of an external site,it may or may not meet accessibility guidelines. and book to have a PCR test (fee applies) at a quarantine facility designated by the Philippine government on the sixth day after their arrival. Please visit one of the testing facility websites below to submit the Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) and to reserve and pay for an accommodation facility and PCR test.

The Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) can be submitted from 3 days prior to departure. It cannot be submitted after arrival. The PCR test fee can only be paid with a credit card.

The Electronic Case Investigation Form (e-CIF) can also be submitted after arrival. However, submitting it after arrival may result in immigration procedures taking longer to complete, and we therefore recommend submitting it before arrival.
The PCR test fee can be paid with a credit card or with cash at a payment counter in the Philippines.
All passengers regardless of nationality are required to quarantine for 14 days at a government-designated facility.
