夏にご家庭でもよく食べる「とうもろこし」を、
畑に種をまいてから苗を育て、私たちの食卓に並ぶまでを
SDGsの視点を交えて楽しく美味しく学びます。
木更津・万石(まんごく)地区でサステナブルな農業を営む
JKB FARM の地曵 友理江 氏を講師を迎えて開催いたします。
地曵さんの楽しい講義のあとは、開場前に用意した
とうもろこしの苗から、実際に収穫を体験いただけます。
葉っぱや茎の手触りや、もぎ取った時の香りなどを体感いただきます。
もぎ取ったとうもろこしは、ご自宅へお土産に♪
地元の農家さん協力のもと、心と身体をはぐくむプログラムをお届けします。

This popular nutrition education seminar is designed for elementary school students and their parents. Of course, adults are also welcome to participate! You will learn about “corn”, a common summer food at home, from sowing the seeds in the field to growing the seedlings and putting them on our dinner table, in a fun and tasty way with an SDGs perspective. Ms. Yurie JIBIKI ( JKB FARM), a sustainable farmer in Mangoku district, Kisarazu, will be our lecturer.
After Ms. JIBIKI's entertaining lecture, participants will be able to try their hand at harvesting corn from corn seedlings prepared before the event begins. You will be able to feel the texture of the leaves and stalks, and smell the aroma of the corn when it is picked.
You can take the corn you picked home as a souvenir.
With the cooperation of local farmers, we will deliver a program that will nurture your mind and body.
