Authentic maiko makeover experience right here in Kyoto with Nathalie. She effortlessly transforms into a real maiko, donning a stunning hikizuri kimono that perfectly complements her unique style.

A maiko is an apprentice geisha in Kyoto. Their jobs consist of performing songs, dances, and playing the shamisen or other traditional Japanese instruments for visitors during banquets and parties, known as ozashiki.

Today, I played the role of a street photographer, offering free portraits to the couple. Little did Yzelle know that this was the day Rojo had chosen to pop the question.
