A very big thank you to the 26 participants of last week 2-year anniversary of ÔTerroirs - Wine Educational Dinners. 🤗✨

For the occasion, we gathered around a fine lineup of sparkling wines at the charming restaurant La Scène in the Mercure Hotel Hibiya. 🍾🥂🫧

Amazing guests! Succulent dinner! Outstanding lineup of wines! Lot of bubbles with indeed Champagne… But also Cava, Prosecco, Franciacorta, Alta Langa and Limoux méthode Ancestrale were on the pour! 😋

This was a great conclusion for our second year at Oterroirs, but next year sounds even better! ✨

A big congratulations to the winners of our special lottery who won and came back home with a fine bottle from our selection to celebrate the winter holidays. 🤗🎄✨

We are looking forward to meeting you next year, the 25th of January, for our small blind tasting event.

On Saturday, 14th of December, 18:30 (doors open at 18:00) whether you are old friend who already attended our events or would like to meet us for the first time. We are very happy to welcome you at the restaurant la Scène at Mercure Hôtel Hibiya, and celebrate two years of amazing Oterroirs dinners with you. 📢🥂✨

This celebration is for us the perfect time to discover a few sparkling wine regions, while popping the corks of a selection of high-end bottles from France, Italy and Spain paired with our chef’s dishes. 🤩🍾🥂

Entry price is only ¥22,000 per person for this unique experience; a 6 dishes gourmet dinner, and the Sparkling wine lecture.

ÔTerroirs - Wine Educational Dinners is very pleased to announce our next Languedoc wine dinner on Saturday, 21st of September, 19:00 (doors open at 18:30) at the bistronomic French restaurant La Pelouse. 📢

For this new edition of our premium dinner, the sunshine will be there for us as we will be introducing the very best of the Languedoc region. ☀️🇫🇷

The Languedoc region is often mistakenly assimilated with the large volume of the Pays d'OC IGP. During this gastronomic dinner, Frédéric Cayuela, who is native from the Languedoc-Roussillon and instructor at the academie du vin, will introduce you to some of the most talented winemakers to change your mind about this fabulous region. Many gems that you may have never tasted before will be paired with succulent dishes made by the chef of la Pelouse Tokyo.

Entry price is only ¥22,000 per person for this unique experience; a 5 dishes gourmet dinner paired with 7 wines, and the Languedoc wine lecture.

During this gastronomic dinner, the sunshine and the summer vibes will be ‘au rendez-vous’ and we will be welcoming you under the wonderful hospitality of this marvelous region located in the South of France. ☀️🇫🇷

The vineyard of Provence is the oldest of France. Over time the region built a famed reputation for the elegance of its rosé wines produced with a unique precision. Around 6 succulent wines paired with a 7-course dinner, our certified instructor, Frédéric Cayuela, will be introducing the other aspects that make this region one of the most complex and historical of the French wine world. 😋

Last Saturday, ÔTerroirs - Wine Educational Dinners was very pleased to host an amazing Rhone Valley Wine Dinner at Arcana Tokyo アルカナ東京. 🍷🇫🇷

Together with 22 guests, we had an instructive experience; comparing the elegant and floral wines from the Northern Rhône with the bold and structured wines from the Mediterranean Southern Rhône. All of them were paired with delicious French fusion dishes. 😋

I can’t recommend you more to join our educative, fun, and authentically delicious wine dinners. 🫶🏻
