I paired an Australian wine gifted by my dear friend with homemade Italian meatballs, one of my husband’s favorites. 🍝💕
Simple, yet in true Mina style, I mixed in plenty of fresh herbs 🌿✨.
The rich, bold flavor of the Australian Cabernet was a perfect match!
For dessert, we enjoyed Haigh’s chocolates from Melbourne and a Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc.

From a recent wedding.
I created a wedding bouquet for a Japanese American bride who values design😊
A modern and luxurious cascade bouquet featuring phalaenopsis orchids and calla lilies, as requested.
These days, even cascade bouquets are often arranged naturally without using floral foam.
This requires florists to have technique (especially to make use of the curves of calla lilies, which takes practice💪).
However, this method allows the flowers to absorb more water, which generally helps the bouquet last longer unless it's placed in extreme heat.
We had a wonderful time working with an eco-conscious bride.
The next day, she sent us a thoughtful thank you message—she was truly an elegant bride.💓
