Coolaz Enterprises Review 2023

As things start to normalise this is our first review for 4years since the start of the scamdemic.
Asset - Coolabah Sports Cafe:
- Record Uber Eats sales
- Record Takeaway Sales
- Record 5 star Google reviews
- Record AFL/NRL weekend
- Record UFC event attendances
- Record EPL & other soccer attendances
- Acknowledged as the #1 Australian/New Zealand concept bar/restaurant in Japan. That’s extra special in the toughest hospitality industry in the world where Japan has 3 out of the top 5 hospitality city’s in the world including Osaka.
Asset - Coolaz Pies
- added two new pastries in Kransky & Chiko roll
- Sales back to pre-scamdemic levels
- Sold our 20000th pie since we started this branch of Coolaz Enterprises in 2011
Asset - Coolaz Sportswear:
- Record sales of our merchandise. Baseball caps, polo shirts, t-shirts, stubbie holders, stickers
Asset - Coolaz Chicken Salt:
- Record sales of our home made chicken salt in our custom made shakers.
Asset - Coolaz Osaka Bar Adventures(COBA)
- Record attendances to our monthly pub crawls with 8 bars and 2 clubs involved
Asset - Coolaz Aussie Kiwi Education (CAKE):
- In May 2023 we started a cultural education class for Australia and New Zealand culture and language. Throughout the 6 months of operation we had roughly 100 attendees. We will reform the lessons and go again in 2024.

We will be launching two more assets this year:
1. Coolaz Adventure Sports Tours - An exciting tour lead concept to Japans top sports. Soccer, rugby, pro-wrestling, sumo, baseball and more. If you’re looking to go to an event let us set it up for you and take you to take the thinking out of the game.
2. Coolaz Beach Lodge - We have secured a high quality real estate asset. This lodge has open ocean views. Outside entertainment areas including 2 fire pits and 1 stand up brick BBQ. The interior comes with 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, 2 kitchen areas. Indoor entertainment includes Amazon Prime, Netflix, Play Station, table tennis and more. There are 4 refrigerators throughout the house such that entertainment is possible in a multiple of locations. We can cater for small groups and large groups up to 18 comfortably or 25 on a squeeze. Access to the nearest fishing jetty is 30 seconds. Hot spring 15 minute walk. Protected rock pools 15 minutes walk. River fishing 15 minutes walk. Sandy beaches 10 minutes walk. Super market access. Restaurant access. Location Taiza, Tangocho, Kyoto-fu. You’ve experienced the city now experience the beauty of the Japanese country and coastline.

Coolaz Enterprises is also looking to franchise our Coolabah Sports Cafe Asset. We’re offering online sales positions for our unique produce and merchandise. Also event organizers and event tour leader positions are available. Restaurant management positions also available. Please private message for further information.

We’d especially like to thank all our supporters who’ve stood by us through a very difficult time for the hospitality industry. We’ve been able to reset throughout this period and are in a much better position process and infrastructure wise. We’re excited about the future in an industry that will grow in Japan.
