One of the artists I simply can’t leave out in my recent mixes is Nick Meltdown – known around 2017 as Minshara, and now actively releasing under the alias Bobby Basic Baba on his own label Bomm Records.
Back in the early to mid-’90s, he also released under the name M.A.N, leaving behind a number of timeless classics.

The Infinity Project ZNA Gathering 2017
I really want to hear Graham Wood’s live set . Seems like he’s got tons of unreleased tracks, and every single one is amazing. I just want to dive completely into that world — preferably at sunrise!
When I heard him at the very first TIP party in Tokyo in ’95 or ’96, it was so mind-blowing that I don’t remember anything — except how insane it was.

１９９５か６に東京であったファーストTIPパーティーで聞いた時はやばすぎて何にも覚えてない。やばかったことだけ覚えてる。

I just got back from Japan with a new MacBook!
For the past few months I didn’t have a computer, so I was listening to music from my phone through a Bluetooth speaker. But when I connected to my studio monitors and listened again, the sound was so good it moved me all over again!
The computer I inherited from Hamase-san was sent in for repair, but unfortunately it broke and all the music data was lost. So now I’m building fresh playlists on this new MacBook.
It’s really convenient that I can re-download the tracks I bought on Bandcamp! Back in the days of CDs, if you lost them, they were gone forever—but now I can get everything back.
It’s a bit of a hassle, but as I rebuild my playlists, I’m learning from past mistakes and organizing them better this time so they’ll be easier to use for DJing.
I deleted all the MP3s that friends had given me. In the end, I never used them for DJing anyway because the sound quality wasn’t good enough.
For music I just want to listen to (not DJ with), YouTube or similar is fine.
Since I hadn’t been listening to music properly for a few months, even tracks I was a little tired of now sound fresh again—and I’m really looking forward to my next DJ set 😊
Once I finish re-downloading from Bandcamp, the next step will be ripping my CDs.
That should give me enough music to play for about 3–4 hours.
The next three weeks are going to be busy!
I will be happy if you come to join this party and have fun together !

日本から新しいMacBookと共に帰ってきた！
数ヶ月パソコンがなかったから携帯からBluetooth スピーカーで音楽聞いてたけど、スタジオモニターに繋いで音楽を聴いたら音が良くてあらためて感動！
ハマセさんから受け継いだパソコンは修理に出したけど壊れてしまって音源も全部消えてしまい、今回買った新しいMacBookにあらためてプレイリストを作り中。
Bandcampで買った音をまたダウンロードできるのは本当に便利！昔CDで買っていた時はなくしたら全部なくなったけど今は全部取り戻せる！
面倒だけどプレイリストを新たにつくりながら、過去の失敗からの学びを活かして前よりも整理整頓してDJしやすいプレイリスト作り中。
友達がくれたMP3は全部削除。結局DJでは音質が低いのは使わないから全部消した。
DJで使わないけど聞きたい音楽はYouTube とかでいいかなーってなってる。
数ヶ月ちゃんと音楽聴いてなかったから、ちょっと聞き飽きてた曲がまた新鮮に聞けて次のDJが本当に楽しみ😊
Bandcampが終わったら次はCDの取り込み。
これで３-4時間くらいDJできるようになる。
あと3週間弱忙しい！
現地で友達に会えたら嬉しいです！
インドにいる方がいたらダンスフロアで会いましょう♪

DJ Solitare just dropped a gem!
This time he features Excess Head aka Graham Wood with the legendary track "Another Planet" — released on DAT Mafia Recordings (a sublabel of DAT Records) as part of the Mind Rewind series.

Mind Rewind is a beautiful project curated by DAT Records, with all proceeds donated to support an orphanage in Goa.

For those who don’t know — Graham Wood is also one half of The Infinity Project with Raja Ram. "Another Planet" is his solo masterpiece: a hypnotic, unique, and totally floor-shaking goa trance journey that sends the dancefloor into orbit.

90年代のお宝、楽しみ😍

This is X Dreams original DAT player from 90s that we used to record all our productions, till hd recording system came in. So, recently we sent it to repair shop, cause all our music is stored on DAT tapes. Now fingers crossed that the tapes survived the time and there is no glitches and digital drops( very common for this format) we are planning to remaster everything and re release it all on all formats including vinyl and even tape cassettes. We know you are waiting for it for so long and we appreciate your patience

【悲報】
インドのビザ等の関係上日本に行くのが延期になってしまい、パーティーの日程に間に合わなくなってしまいました。
楽しみにしてくれていた方々には大変申し訳ありません🥲
私自身もすごく楽しみにしていて、準備していたので残念です。ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございません🙇‍♀️

でも、その空いてしまった時間にその日にしか聞けない特別なセットが入ったようでスペシャルな一夜になることは間違いないです！

DJ Emicoさんが、インド〜日本に出国の手続き関係で、、この日に日本に行くのは急遽間に合わないことになってしまい、、今回はキャンセルとなりました、emicoさん自身もとても残念にしており、この日のために、良い感じにDJ仕上げてきてくれてたのもあり、とても悲しんでいました😭

でも、こういう事は、仕方ないことだし、、私自身、主催してきてる中で色々なことありすぎなぐらい経験してきてるので、こういうことはイベントやるにあたってこういうときも起こるだろうし😆

Back in 2000, I got “that track” in Goa — that’s what my friends and I used to call it.
Turns out it was actually released in 1999 on TIP... I had no idea.
It’s not really my DJ style,
but when people talk about Infected Mushroom, this is the track that comes to mind.
Actually... it’s the only one I know 😂
It’s not exactly chillout, but I might play it someday — maybe on an outdoor chill out/downbeat floor.
Would love to share that moment. 💫

私のDJスタイルとは違うけど、infected mashroomって言ったらこの曲だよね。っていうかこの曲しか知らないw野外のアンビエントフロアでDJやる機会があったらかけたいかも！アンビエントではないけどさ。
