I specialize in unique homemade cakes, treats, invitations, and much much more. I have been creating specially personalized cakes and treats since 2007. I took a long hiatus from cake decorating in 2009 once I moved from the states to Naples, Italy then on to Yokosuka, Japan. I am a Health and Physical Education Teacher by education and trade. I taught Health and Phys. in Atlanta, GA for 6 years a

nd created cakes on the weekends for 2 years before getting married to a US Navy Sailor. I just started my business back up here in Yokosuka, Japan on a whim. I was super depressed because I have not been able to get into DoDDS to start back teaching. This has been my outlet. While I do love and enjoy cake decorating I really miss teaching. BUT, I'll continue to do ONE of the things I love until God says otherwise! In the meantime, I hope you will take the opportunity to experience Showtime's Sassy Stuff in some form or fashion.

My most memorable cake baking experience! One of the few regrets I have about leaving Atlanta was being able to have access to baking for famous people. Did this for Gnarles Barkley, who at the time was CEE-Lo from Goodie MOB.
