Mission Statement: Stylus DJ Awards is out to ensure that the talent in the community especially for the disc-jockey is well managed not only on an award basis but also in mentoring, up keeping and putting the disc jockey talent on the road map. Company Goals: Stylus DJ Awards aims at being on top of the game and scaling it from a Mombasa County Level to an African Level. To encourage participatio

n, rather than competition, and to measure the participant's progress in relation to personal capabilities rather than external standards of achievement.
2. To provide opportunities for uninhibited access to activities.
3. To promote the values of participation, cooperation, team spirit and social responsibility.
4. To reinforce the values of progress and affiliation.
5. To widen the scope and the horizon of the youth to enrich their life experiences, on a personal as well as national and international level.
6. To develop young people's skills, abilities and capacities in relation to fulfilling personal as well as national needs and aspirations. Business Philosophy: Sometimes when you follow your dream, it opens the door for others to be able to follow theirs. To whom will you market your products? The DJ – Where not only will we be able to nurture the talent of breakthrough dj’s (upcoming dj’s) but also get endorsements for reputable and widely followed dj’s who can act as brand ambassadors.
2. The Corporate Market – The client will be able to advertise on an untapped market and also get a totally new feel which is quite different from the normal way of marketing products.
3. The Public – Most of the time, the public never gets to know of good DJ’s and you realize they will still stick to the old popular names thus not giving the new flock of DJ’s a chance to be recognized in the public eye.
