In our bake class, each learner does their own work with the trainer's guidance, and in each lesson, they make two products using a similar method, whose objective is to ensure the lesson is well understood and internalized.

We are now stocking ready to roll, frozen puff pastry at Shikilia Store in Nairobi CBD, along Tom Mboya street.
All you have to do is roll out, cut, fill, egg/milk wash and bake!
You can walk in and buy, or call the store 0795777007 for delivery.

5 strand bread.
Before the student works on the actual loaf, we practice braiding with normal dough until they get it right.
Because we don't just teach, we train to empower.

The first unit of our bake class ends on a savoury note. It is this designed and very intentionally too because our main objective is to empower our learners.
We teach more than cakes in our class and with the skills learnt, each graduate will always have something to offer to their clients.
Yes... Graduate. Due to our students demand, we might just have our first graduation ceremony in the near future.
We are Aggy's Kitchen and we train to empower. Literally👌🏽.
