Leading Worship with a missional mindset raises the banner of God on high among the unbelievers, stirring their hearts to desire and consider God in their lives, Romans 15:9-11.

Leading and participation in worship is not focused to Personal edification but God’s glorification, and as we do so, His presence comes down thereby transforming our lives.

In the JUSTCONNECT WORSHIPPERS CRAFT WORKSHOP this Saturday 9TH MARCH from 10am to 1.30pm, we will focus on LEADING WORSHIP and MISSIONS!

The topic will cover the Following areas:
- How leading worship impacts on the unbelievers either as seekers within church congregations or outside church walls in Evangelistic outreach missions. 1 Corinthians 14:23-25

- Successes and failures of missional worship ministry.

- Understanding the nature of Church worship ministration (edification) versus Outreach Worship ministration (Offensive)

- Capacity building for effectiveness

- Active approaches to missional worship leading.

The scope of missional ministration is not limited to the familiar grounds, but God may dispatch us in unfamiliar territories where He expects results. Paul was sent in unfamiliar territories - The Apostle to the gentiles.

As a Music, Worship Minister serving in any category of the Lord's vineyard (among Sunday school, Teens, youths, adults), you can never be OVER-PREPARED!

Integrity is a standard that gives guidance, and as we know that the worship team’s role in a church setting is one of leading other worshippers in song as we worship God. There is therefore need for each member to be led aright in godly ways.

Happy New Year great people and ministers of the Living God.

As we continue to equip one another in the ministry of leading worship, we will embark on a journey of handling a series on TRAINING THE WORSHIP TEAM MEMBER AS A SOLDIER.

In 2 Timothy 2:3 Paul writes, “Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” As i was contemplating on this verse i came across an article on the qualities of a good soldiers by Mausami Sharma.

In our earlier conversations during the JustConnect Worship Hour, we realized that worship minister’s ought to view themselves as soldiers. Our conversation will delve deeper on its application to the worship minister

Today we will handle COURAGE:

Courage is not the absence of fear, instead, it is the ability to face fear without being feared. A soldier throughout his life stays courageous. He faces numerous deadly situations, extreme weather conditions and non-friendly situations, still, he faces all of them without fearing the consequence.
