Hello,
I've been really impressed with how fitness is being adapted globally, and I know you're always looking out for your friends, family, and the well-being of your surroundings.

As a wellness consultant, injury management therapist, personal trainer, and fitness public speaker, I pose a question:

Have you ever asked yourself, when injuries occur, who helps you manage them? In order to avoid those injuries, do you train with a professional who can guide you? If you suffer from any lifestyle diseases or know a friend in the same condition, allow me to help manage those conditions.

If you know someone, or if you suffer from high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, sciatica, autoimmune issues, muscle weakness, or need help with muscle strength, weight loss, bodybuilding, and many more, then here is your best-suited coach for your needs. DM me for more information and help. Physical or online available.

Yours,
Coach Abdulrashid Onoka

As a personal trainer, ensure your diabetes clients' safety and effectiveness. Dos: Check your blood sugar before, during, and after exercise; gradually increase activity levels; warm up and cool down; stay hydrated; and take breaks when needed. Don'ts: Do not exercise when blood sugar is very high or very low; do not ignore signs of low blood sugar or other symptoms; do not skip insulin or medication adjustments without consulting your doctor; and do not overdo it, especially when starting.

Type 1 and type 2 diabetes are distinct conditions, though both result in high blood sugar levels. In type 1, the immune system attacks and destroys insulin-producing cells in the pancreas, leading to a total lack of insulin. In contrast, type 2 diabetes involves insulin resistance, where the body's cells don't respond properly to insulin. Eventually, the pancreas may not produce enough insulin. DM for help.

Clients are everything. If clients don't believe you care about them and their time, they might not behave nicely towards you. Even worse, if you're rude or impatient with clients, they're more likely to act the same way towards you.

Be professional.

WHEN THE CROW FEELS SICK… IT LOOKS FOR ANTS

When a crow feels unwell, it perches near an ant nest, spreads its wings, stays still, and lets the ants attack it.

They do this for a powerful reason: ants spray their bodies with formic acid, a substance that acts as a natural antiparasitic. This acid helps the crow eliminate fungi, bacteria, and parasites, allowing it to recover without the need for medicine.

This behavior is called “anting” and has been observed in various bird species. It’s an incredible example of animal self-medication.

Nature never ceases to amaze us with its silent wisdom!

In war, there is something we call "The Art of Deception." This is the art of pretending to be weak while, on the contrary, you are doing so to study your enemies so that you can plan how to attack them when they are not aware. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
