I was wondering if there was a need to offer family style dinners?
Just an idea. You pick the the menu and the number of people and I cook for you.
We could have options like;

Everyone knows you didn't make this.
(Easy clean up, just have to wash your plates and silverware, or just use paper and plastic) This is delivered hot and ready to go.

Heat and Serve. (I would package everything that you need so all you have to do is heat and serve the dishes) directions included if needed

The Personal Cook. (I show up.to your house with everything need for dinner. I use your dishes to cook with. I will clean the kitchen and then serve or just slip out and you can take all the credit)

For all of the Wonderful Followers.
As the Golf Season starts. I will still be available for Catering,as my schedule allows. Please do keep me in mind for all of your events. I will do my best to be available.
At this time the single lunch and dinner menu is on hold.
Sorry but there is only 1 of me and I want to make sure the quality of the food is out first.
When Golf slows down the single dinners will start back up.

New menu for the month. This will cover the month of February!

Enchiladas $12
2 hand rolled tortillas stuffed with your choice of cheese, chicken or beef.

Stuffed Tomatoes. $10
2 Roma tomatoes stuffed with your choice of taco meat (beef or chicken), chicken salad, or tuna salad

Now you can order the following by the pint or quart.
Chicken Salad. $10/pint. $18/quart
Broccoli Cheddar Soup $8/pint $12/quart
Mac N Cheese $6/pint $10 quart

If there is something that you would like to see on the menu, please let me know.

I am thinking about offering this as a special.
Just cooking them to order.
The tomato is stuffed with taco meat. Could be beef or chicken. What do you think??

I had a little fun on Saturday. Thank you BUDA Darts for letting me cook for you. I should have taken pictures of the Potato Bar. Some of you made the best looking baked potatoes I have ever seen.

New Menu for the Week!

Still Going to have Lunch and Breakfast, Dinner is now with a twist. Pick your Meat and then You will be able to pick 2 sides. All orders can be submitted by text, messenger, or call.

DINNER: each dinner comes with 2 sides of your choice

Beef Brisket $18
Baked Chicken Breast $15
Pork Chop $12

Sides: Green Beans, Corn, Fried Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Mac N Cheese, Baked Rice

Lunch: $8 Sandwich is on a croissant and the soup is a Cup

Chicken Salad
Egg Salad

Soup:
Broccoli Cheddar
Bean
Chicken Noodle

Just Soup or Sandwich is $5

Breakfast:

Casserole You can pick from $8 2 Pieces

This Week's Menu!

Breakfast:

Ham & Cheese Bites $ rolls per order $5
(A rolled up croissant with Ham and Cheese. Can be heated in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds)

Breakfast Casserole
(ham, bacon, Sausage, Hashbrown, Eggs, and Cheese baked to perfection. Heat in Microwave to 1 min check might need another 30 seconds depending on Microwave)

Lunch

Chicken Salad On a Croissant $5 with Soup $8
Ham And Swiss On a Croissant $5 with Soup $8
Turkey and Cheddar On a Croissant $5 with Soup $8
Soups this Week Are: Chili or Homemade Chicken Noodle
Soup can be heated in Microwave for 1 to 2 mins

Dinner

Chicken Enchiladas with Mexican Rice $10
Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli $10
Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Bacon with Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Broccoli $12

Each Dinner Comes with a Dinner Roll.
All Dinners heat in Microwave 2 to 3 Mins More time may be needed depending on your Microwave

Chocolate cake with homemade Frosting $5
Orange Cake with Pineapple Frosting $5

It will be posted weekly. You will be able to message your order with the options of pick up or delivery.
The Menu changes Weekly, Ordering Starts on when the Menu goes up n ends on following Wednesday.
