Oats & Banana Cookies... very simple, healthy and very much good for your Kids. What you will need: - 3 Medium Bananas - 1/2 cup peanuts butter ( I use organic) - 1/3 cup chocolate chips ( dark raw chocolate) - 2 cups Rolled oats ( Bob's Red mill) How to: ( you can refer to video) - preheat oven at 180 c - Mash bananas till pure - add peanuts butter and stir well till well combined. Do not over mix to avoid heating the mixture - add chocolate chips and just mix till chocolate is spread well - start adding oats bit by bit till all is mixed and dough is well combined and holding well. - using ice cream scooper, make a cookie ball and line them on a baking tray with parchment paper keeping 2 cm between each. - press with your hand to form cookies shape -bake for 12min with fan or 15 min without fan - let cool completely before serving. - ENJOY... #COOKIES #chocolate #healthysnack #bites #coffee #yummy #happy #tommy #kuwaitcity #beirut #easy #vegansweets #vegan
