We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member, preferably on the island, to join our special events team!

A special events assistant will play a key role in our team by helping planners coordinate weddings and events, developing proposals, managing contracts and timelines, and client records, assisting with sourcing pricing details, liaising with clients as needed, and liaising with vendors.

This person should have a passion for events and at least 3-4 years of strong administrative work. The ideal candidate will want to grow within the company to have a future in the rewarding events industry.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Working hours are varied and include evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays.
· The work environment will include working outdoors from time to time and in some cases, in hot weather conditions.
• Must have clean driving and police records and own transportation.
